Their machine also didn't pick up the details of our design which left it pretty bland. The guy who took our order seemed uninterested in helping us out. The owner contacted us back within minutes of our initial phone call. They came out to the location within two days and gave us a quote. Price was great and we locked it in as soon as possible. Within a few days, we had this beautiful sign put up. Only negative was that the owner Hector showed up to our location unannounced. No phone call or email that he is on the way, he just appears like a magician lol. He is a good man and does great work so if we ever needed anything else we would definitely give him our business.

House for a ceramic coating and honestly regret it…read more I live around the corner and constantly see high-end cars in and out of their shop, which gave me confidence in their work--but this particular job was clearly rushed and poorly executed. The work was sloppy. Areas like the rear diffuser and behind the license plate weren't even properly washed, which is unacceptable for a service that's supposed to include clay bar and paint correction. Corners were obviously cut. Basic detailing was ignored--the trunk wasn't opened or cleaned, and the inside of the rear window was left dirty. This is detailing 101. The workmanship feels careless and lacks pride. As someone who knows cars, I can confidently say this was a poor job. If you work hard for your money, don't spend it here.

I requested a quote to have it fixed. They said there has been a change of ownership at the company and they don't have any records of my original order. I sent them the info I had. It took months to get a simple quote back and then they told me the sign is too old to fix. They said they could re-do the lettering. So I said that's fine. How much would it be just the lettering? Again, no response for weeks. I have emailed and called with no response. They must have caller ID because now they just hang up when i call. Needless to say, the company has become extremely unprofessional and obviously it is not the same company I dealt with before. The one guy who I spoke to on the phone said I needed to talk to the boss who was out visiting a client. I still haven't heard back. Now I need to find another company to fix their installation. Probably if you're a big company they will prioritize your business but if you're a repeat customer or small order, do not expect to be treated professionally. A shame really.

Their address is wrong both here on Yelp and their website. I wasted 3 hours going to Brooklyn…read morebecause nobody cared to fix the wrong address. I called all the numbers I could find and no one picked up. So if you need attention to detail, maybe that's not your spot. The address listed here (32 Grand Ave) is the address of a box store, and the person working there explained that he gets multiple people every week coming in asking about the sign shop.
