During that time, I called multiple times and repeatedly asked to speak with a manager, only to be told that the manager was "unreachable." There was no communication, no explanation for the delay, and no effort to resolve the situation. A business should value its customers' time, and this establishment failed to do so. Waiting over an hour without any accountability or customer support is completely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and poor communication made an already frustrating situation even worse. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their customer service and reliability. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this business and will think twice before ordering from them again.

This review serves as my commitment to utilize comikink for all my printing needs moving forward. I will also encourage others to use comikink. Upon calling in my orders I was always instructed to fax a sample which depicts Prestige does not have it on file. Again, no response for weeks. I have emailed and called with no response. They must have caller ID because now they just hang up when i call. Needless to say, the company has become extremely unprofessional and obviously it is not the same company I dealt with before. The one guy who I spoke to on the phone said I needed to talk to the boss who was out visiting a client. I still haven't heard back. Now I need to find another company to fix their installation. Probably if you're a big company they will prioritize your business but if you're a repeat customer or small order, do not expect to be treated professionally. A shame really.
