I've come here ten-ish times since moving to NYC a year and a half ago. Usually to print things out. The staff is always very friendly and very helpful. Today I had a not so great experience. I was buying some supplies to mail things out and was also paying for a couple of things I photocopied. I've never been helped by this person before. Never even seen them there. My total was 11.01. I gave them 12 dollars. I didn't receive any change. They immediately helped the gentleman behind me while I was still standing there. I scooted to the left and told them 'I gave you 12 dollars.' They looked over at me HIGHLY ANNOYED rolled their eyes, opened their register and threw a dollar on the counter. I'm baffled. If they didn't have the change they could have asked 'do you happen to have a penny?' Or taken the one cent hit honestly. I didn't say a thing. I dug around my purse until I found one single penny and placed it on the counter. It's left a bad taste in my mouth and tomorrow I have to do some more printing things and I will be traveling up the road to do them. read more

Charge $1 just to leave a package for FedEx - they don't even handle the package! They just tell you to put it in the corner and then charge you before you walk out - so ridiculous! I even visited prior to dropping off the package to see if they print from QR codes (they don't) and no mention of $1 charge then and no signage whatsoever. This place is terrible and always charging exorbitant prices for their services and taking advantage of the neighborhood. Definitely not supporting this place going forward. read more

I don't know why it's taken me so long to post a review of Park Slope Copy Center. Perhaps it's because Yelp didn't exist when I first started coming to this shop almost 40 years ago. But now I'm finally here to say that for more than half my life, PSCC has not only been my first stop for any kind of copying, printing, and the like, but they have also basically saved my skin with untold numbers of last minute orders and revisions, and the work has always been stellar and the staff friendly and accommodating. I've had posters made, business cards, theater programs, art reproductions, plays and screenplays in multitudes, and gigantic photo blow-ups. I've also seen the business pass down from the extraordinarily welcoming and generous Bob, to his sons Jamie and Jon, who've continued in the exact same vein without missing a beat. All that's really changed here over the years are the machines (which are infinitely improved) and the cats (of which there are no more). Would be kinda nice to have cats back again. read more

I brought in some architectural plans for a class I'm taking. 18 X 24 black and white. They charged $2 per page for 20# stock which at another place was $0.40 per page. Details that were crisp in the pdf were barely visible in the print-out. When I asked why this had happened the technician said "I don't know" and shrugged me off.
