I guess most people probably don't go around reviewing copy shops, right?…read more But I was impressed. An older gentleman that was having trouble carrying his box. The person who was helping him, though she also looked fairly small, said to pull his car around, and she would bring it out for him. Just in the 20 minutes that I was in there waiting in line I saw genuine customer service for the first time in a long time. People being very helpful and nice and I didn't even mind how long the wait was because you could see that they were really trying to make sure that everyone got everything that they needed before they were done with them. So I'd pay higher prices for a little kindness and service.

I expected to pay a price. I did not expect that price to be $3.50 per page. Luckily, the setting was set to print on both sides minimizing the paper. I have gone to other UPS stores and paid for my label to be printed. I have NEVER, EVER been charged the high price that I was charged here. The most I've paid so $1, which is a fair price. The moral of the story, if you have to go here make sure that you print your label beforehand because you might have to pay $$7 plus tax for the shipping label and packing slip if they don't print it double-sided.

Male employee establishment possibly why the name has man in it but they act like rejected elves and they're rude to put it plainly. No greetings, smile, care or small talk. I've been coming here for a while including last week (after work) waiting on a long line since there was one staff member assisting customers. After some time, another employee came to assist. I'm a small business owner and I needed a 5-year planner restructured... it was bounded like a…read morebook, and I wanted it with a spiral so it could lay flat, and it was only 6"x9"... anyway, I went to one of those big box stores (Staples) and the 2 reps in their print shop were rude, unprofessional, and were basically complaining that the machine they needed to cut down the cover was down and they didn't know how long it would be, and blah, blah, blah... this part of the conversation was AFTER I had taken the book apart and after they told me how much the service was going to be... it was frustrating... anyway, I left still determined to get my planner figured out, so I did what anyone else would do... I googled another printer... I came upon Rolling Press, that was about 4 blocks away from Staples... the super nice gentleman at the front desk informed me that they had just announced that they were going out of business and couldn't take my order, BUT referred me to Save Mor Digital Printing, which was actually much closer to my house... I'm sad that I wasn't aware that they've been around for 35 years... not only was the customer service at both of these small, independent stores FAAAARRRR more superior than my 1st experience, the prices were less than half. He did exactly what I needed, plus it came out much nicer than I expected. Please visit local independent shops the next time you need a service. You are not only helping a small business, you might even get a better deal. Thank you for listening.

They do great professional work. You can work with them in person, which I did when I started. They have a wide variety of paper options and can talk you through them. If there is anything fishy with your order, and I mean anything (one time there was a tiny dot in a field of solid color they asked if I wanted removed), they will immediately call and see how you want to proceed. You get updates every step of the process and you can pick up or have your order delivered which has been a lifesaver during the pandemic. I can't say enough good things about the team at SaveMor Digital Printing.

I'm giving this FedEx a solid 4 stars because there's definitely a lot of good with this location…read more 1. I came in looking for name tags to print on, and I found EXACTLY what I was looking for in their office supplies. I feel like that never happens. 2. There are sometimes long wait times to ship things, but I've never stood in line for more than 15min. For international shipping, FedEx is a little cheaper than UPS (and I had success shipping a package to Singapore). 3. If you need something printed or bound, you can call their store and they'll give you an email to send the file to. Do this ahead of time, and you can pick it up same day in the afternoon. There's also a pretty large copy center, passport photos, a lot of photocopy machines, and some computers. The staff here are nice - it's always busy so they're hustling just doing their job. Overall, I'm happy to have a FedEx nearby that offers all of these services!

An option was checked by default and it was snuck into the design and because no one was expecting an extra logo to pop up, it got printed. When I noticed this extra logo and called them - they had a terrible attitude, saying most people prefer to have this logo inserted in their work and it's common practice for union printing companies to add extra logos when printing work by default and they've been doing that for 15 years. No remedy was offered and basically said if we want it fixed we would have pay for a new expedited order. If you don't want a printer to be adding their own logo as a default to your work - I would suggest you use someone else. - - - Giving your business negative feedback does not equate to anti-union sentiment please. What a joke. Who taught you how to respond to criticism? Netanyahu? When printers send back digital proof - people are typically checking for color, layout, cutoffs etc. People don't expect your PRINTER to be adding in extra logos to your design.
