This is a luggage storage place on vertoe. The staff was awesome and accommodating plus, most importantly, my luggage was safe.

Really nice people. They helped me ship 50 books and cut down the height of all the boxes to fit perfectly.

Brandon sends me an email each time I have a package arrive and he's always more than accommodating with helping me transport heavy items.

I was a bit confused about my passport situation and she immediately assured me that I came to the right place! Tanya introduced me to Michelle and together they immediately initiated the process! Oh my goodness were they fast... with over 25 years of experience that's why! Love these guys, highly recommend to anyone with passport and or visa needs!

The Passport Agency told her it was "lost" in the system," and the only recourse was to re-apply the day of travel either via a Stamford, CT office or one in Philadelphia. Not helpful! I bookmarked this office long ago and decided to call for their POV. Not only did Tanya coach me to help my niece cut through the red tape (and ridiculousness of traveling 2 hours away for a renewal the day of travel), but I managed to get online and snag her an appointment slot on Hudson Street the next day. Not only did Tanya call me to find out if we got my niece the appointment, she made sure she knew what to have prepared going to that appointment. I don't know too many businesses who care that much about followup, but the fact that Tanya went that extra mile to help a difficult situation by which she wasn't earning a fee compels me to say EEP will be handling my passport needs going forward--and I'll recommend them to anyone and everyone! My niece had what she needed to make her case at the passport office, and got her renewal in one day. Bless you, Tanya!

If you miss any documents, guess what, you go home, gather everything, come back, start all over again... After they process your application, you come back again to pick it up. In summary, unless you are a very patient person and prepares everything perfectly, you probably don't want to do it. With CVSC, everything is made easy. Of course you pay a fee for it. But they will review your application before submitting. They will serve as intermediary if the Chinese consulate office is requesting additional documents, all you need to do is emailing them the missing file and they will take care of the rest. After visa is approved, they mail to you. I just want to say, it's AMAZING. No more wait in line, no more back and forth due to missing documents. I wish I discovered them earlier!

The online form is not the same as the one from the Chinese embassy and it did not allow me to put in the correct information. As the process for applying for the visa myself through the embassy was straight forward, I ended up going myself, had no issues, and got it done in one trip with barely a wait. I cancelled the CVSC application and had to request for a refund through phone. I had paid $325 to CVSC. They would not refund the full amount and kept $165 as a service fee just because I clicked start on the online form.
