I used Travel Visa Pro to rush renew my passport before upcoming travel. Even though I had 5 weeks before travel date I decided it was too risky to use standard mail new renewal method with expedited processing as it's advertised delivery was 5-7 weeks. Making an in-person appointment in on Dept of State processing centers looked like a scary option too as it's first come first serve. Travel Visa Pro was recommended by a friend, had an excellent reputation and reviews online, and was quick to respond in chat, in email, and over the phone. I opted in for 3-weeks service with 2-day delivery both ways. As soon as the order was placed I was contacted with the full list of required documents. Prior to sending the documents I was asked to upload all scans for pre-verification. Only after all docs were checked and confirmed I sent them via FedEx using provided label. The order placed on Fri morning docs were sent on Fri afternoon with scheduled delivery on Tue. Travel Visa Pro received the docs one day earlier, on Monday, I was immediately notified via email, and order status got updated online to 'Processing'. Exactly 3 weeks after order placement, on Fri I received an email notification of completion of my order and the image of the new passport was uploaded to my account. On Monday I received my new passport by 2-day FedEx service. Travel Visa Pro did an excellent job and fully delivered on the promise within the ordered time! I'm very happy with their service, communication, and online account access! I highly recommended Travel Visa Pro as a great and responsible company! read more

I've been dealing with this company for 10 years and they are definitely the best company for getting your visa for any country in the world if needed. They are fast, efficient and very cooperative to serve your needs. They definitely deliver what they promise. They got my visa for Vietnam, Russia, Ghana, Nigeria, China and Brazil. I needed the visa within a week for Brazil and they were able to do it without any problems. I've dealt with the offices in San Francisco, Washington DC, Houston and their new office just recently in New York City. Everyone I've communicated in any of their location were always very friendly. It was a pleasure meeting Rita in the NYC office recently. She gave me such a warm welcome with her big smile on a very cold day recently when I picked up my passport at their office. I wasn't sure which service to use for Chinese visas for my wife and me, but I found a good online review that listed five good services and Travel Visa Pro was their number one pick, so I chose them. Right after I sent off our passports and applications I found out that I had to make an immediate trip to Canada. I called the next morning and let them know of my dilemma and they offered to FedEx my passport back to me as soon as it came in. The post office did not deliver them until late in the day, but they still sent my passport back that day so that it arrived the next morning. I sent my passport back as soon as I returned and my Chinese visas were processed right away. I am sure that there are many visa services who can provide good service for routine visa applications, but I'm not so sure that they would all have gone to the trouble that Travel Visa Pro did when I unexpectedly needed them to bail me out of a jam. I currently live in DC but still have my PA ID. I needed to get a visa to go to Brazil in Feb 2016. I contacted TravelVisaPro after reading reviews and looking on their website. Like the previous reviewer, I was confused by the many visa services online. It's also a bit nerve-wracking sending one's passport off in the mail. I couldn't be more delighted I used TravelVisaPro. Our situation was somewhat complicated. My wife and I were paying for a visa for our niece to visit China. To complicate matters, our niece is a minor so there were issues related to her parents permission to allow her to travel with us. At one point, the Chinese consulate wanted documents we hadn't provided. TravelVisaPro - and in particular Rita - was with us every step of the way. We were alerted immediately to the consulate's requests, Rita responded to emails and phone calls within seconds. She alerted us the day the Visa was approved (on the exact date TVP had estimated and well ahead of our needs, btw) and provided the FedEx tracking number so we can monitor our passports' return. Great service and very professional. They were able to return our needed China visa earlier than I had expected which was very impressive. We expedited since we had less than 1 week and they said if we had our forms in by Tuesday we would have it by Friday. We had everything in by Monday and received the visa Wednesday by 9am! They answer the phone when I called (even on Saturday!) and gave email updates which made us feel confident in their abilities. We were extra nervous since we had to move our son's flight by 1 week and incur $1,000 in extra charges because "Travelandvisa.com" were unable to get our visa within 3 weeks time. They let days go by before emailing us of problems and then applied for the wrong type of visa! read more
