Came back for another visa photo requirement, and another A star experience as usual!…read more First, I called the services before coming, because it was a bit late during the day that is almost their closing time. Understanding the situation, they kindly offered to wait me for a bit past their closing hours. Second, the staff there were super friendly, there was a new employee, a lady working on her masters in nutrition, she was beyond kind and helpful. She made sure my photo came exactly as what the visa required, and she was very easy to talk to. I highly recommend this place, once again!

We picked up OurBus right across from the Javits Center, in the middle of the street…read more The storage bins were labeled, one for Baltimore, the other for DC. He scanned our ticket and we boarded. The bus was pretty full, so we ended up sitting separately. The above head storage bins are kind of tight, so I had to take something out of my over stuffed backpack to manage to wiggle it in. While my purse sat on my lap. I liked the foot rest and the hook on the handle on the seat in front of me. Trash bags were hung here and there. Looks like they also provided small bottles of water for us, though we had to grab those ourselves. The electric plugs didn't seem to work, but perhaps the ubs plugs in the ceiling did. Our driver was a great communicator. He set expectations so we knew that we had a 20 min rest stop before arriving at Baltimore, and pointed out things to help us to pay attention and to get back to the right bus. He warned us that given current construction that we were sure to arrive later than what our tickets said, and gave us his best eta given the circumstances. Another passenger later commented that the bus bathroom was clean. We kind of ended up being dropped off on a brightly painted bridge in the middle of no where - perhaps on Maryland Ave?, by a bus stop. A short walk from Penn Station.

Very disappointing experience…read more My family arrived at the Worcester, MA bus stop at 7:35 PM for a scheduled departure. We waited continuously until 8:10 PM, and the bus never arrived. When we contacted customer service, we were told the bus had already left at 7:47 PM, which is simply not consistent with what we experienced. Instead of investigating the situation or showing any empathy, customer service insisted the bus had departed and refused to offer a refund or any meaningful resolution. It's extremely frustrating to be told we missed a bus that never appeared while we were waiting at the designated pickup location. Reliable service and responsive customer support are essential for travelers. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service and hope the company improves both its bus tracking and customer service processes.

I shipped 8 boxes from California to Delaware and I'm giving 5 stars because everything went as promised. My personal experience with them was good. The chat service was very efficient and fast. Delivery was also fast. I received my things at the door of my house in less than a week and everything was in perfect condition. I even got a message from them on the day of delivery asking if I had received all my boxes. I give it 5 stars because the price was also the best I found and the service was impeccable. I'm sorry for the people who didn't have a good experience with them. Perhaps the company has learned from mistakes and improved with services or maybe I am just very blessed

Have used Kayak for hotel reservations for several years now but encountered and later avoided a…read moremajor disaster with the third party they're affiliated with, Amoma. As you'll notice if you poke around on the World Wide Web, the reviews (for Amoma) are primarily extremely negative since it's inception in 2014 (give or take). Using my situation as proof, the perception is the reality here. Without getting into too many details, they follow shady and abnormal business practices and more times than not, ultimately fail to secure or even guarantee your reservation. After booking, I followed up with the hotel several times over (right after, twenty four hours after and later forty eight hours later) and they never had anything for me. Because of the fact I was already leery, I cancelled and Amoma waived the cancellation fee entirely. That's great and all but it appears that they still haven't righted their ship so to speak because the issues they've been known for are still ongoing.
