In the Bronx, long-time residents are used to the short end of the stick and settling for what we can get like it or not. This was not the case with True Nirvana Travel (TNT). My travel partner and I felt like we were taken care of as high-class travelers. She remained in constant communication with us upon meeting us, discussing our potential trip, getting the plane tickets and reserving the hotels. This includes offers from other airlines than the one I requested, as well as multiple hotels for the sake of options. Within my trip, my friend and I stayed at three hotels. Two modern and one traditional for the experience. We remained in contact after landed, and throughout our journey when we had questions and concerns about touring, our hotels, local transportation, and the flight to come home.
