Very few people guarantee service today. I've used RushPassport twice already. The first time I was suspicious. I went to their office after realizing that I needed my passport within the week. I paid to get my passport in a couple of days. I was floored by the price, but didn't care about the price once my passport was in my hands. They promised and they delivered. At that time I was living in the NYC and I could pick it up. Now I live several states away in the South. Again, 11 years later I ignored the date on my passport and realized that I needed a new one ASAP. There is a similar passport agency here, but because I knew that RushPassport was tried and true, I decided that there was no need to take a chance on a company that may not deliver. Now that I live in another state I am even more convinced that RushPassport is the only way to go even by mail. I spoke with two ladies, Yessina and Marleny. They were amazing. I was nervous because I would be doing this by mail. I had to print out so many documents and and it made me nervous to put my credit card info on it and basically authorize an entity to use my card at will. First of all don't be put off by them wanting you to scan everything and send it by e-mail or fax. This is how they get it right. They first make sure that you are completing your documents correctly. As long as you complete the required documents correctly they can do their job, a good one I might add. I had 3 weeks, but I paid to have my passport in hand in 8 days. I fedexed everything on a Tuesday. They called and confirmed receipt Wednesday morning around 10am. Then I waited. I expected my passport by Friday of the following week or on the Monday of the 2nd week. I had my passport by Friday morning. Count them, 3 days after I sent the Fedex. That was money well-spent. If I could give them 10 stars I would, because it's hard to get that kind of personal point to point service these days. I've read someone complain about the price and not give them the stars they deserve for the service, but there are always people who want something for nothing. These are people who can't take responsibility for their mistakes and want someone else to pay. Yessina and Marleny I thank you for your patience with me. For something as important as a government-issued id like the passport, you know that RushPassport knows that they are good if the service is guaranteed. We were finally "that" family. A day before my wife and children were to travel to South America, we discovered that my daughter's passport had expired. Amongst the many things one does to prepare for a trip, you always check the passports as far out from the travel date as possible. We missed it this time, so we had a mess on our hands. Since we had never dealt with this situation, a friend of ours guided us to some agencies via Google. We picked Rush Passport based simply on reviews and the look and feel of the website, which with certain services, is not necessarily the way to make a decision, but in our case, it's all we had. I called Roman and was told that the turn around could be done in 48 hours if we acted quickly. I was able to change the flight to Friday, two days from the original travel date and hoped Roman would deliver. I have my own financial planning firm and we manage the expectations of some demanding clients, so I am always studying other companies and how they service clients. It can be one of the most challenging parts of running a business. I think Roman has this figured out! On Wednesday morning (they were originally scheduled to fly that night), we stepped into Rushpassport offices hoping for a miracle. When you walk in you are immediately greeted by a team member. . The NYC office is clean and professional looking. The woman who worked with us was very clear as to what the timing and next steps would be. After everything was taken care of, there was a quick trip to the post office around the corner (FYI, go to the post office on 38th street, not Penn Station; we had no lines), we then had to wait to let Roman and his crew take care of the rest. As we left, Roman then caught my wife and I, and made sure that he had our cell phones in case he needed us for any immediate follow-up. He connected with us on and gave us an update that all was well with the application. This was an owner of a business that had some skin in the game. The new flight on Friday was scheduled to leave JFK at 10:00 that night. Rushpassort had my daughter's passport in our hands at 4:30. They knew we were fighting the clock and when my wife arrived, they moved quickly to get to her. After a typical rush hour traffic crunch on a July-Friday in NYC, we made it to JFK with plenty of time to spare. Have you ever made an error of omission so colossally stupid that you would have paid anything to fix it - just so you would not have to admit it to your friends and family? Rush Passport Inc. can make that happen for you. On Sunday, I realized that my passport would expire in 2 weeks. My flight was Monday evening at 7pm. Rush passport took my call on Sunday evening, and explained that if I made it there by 7:30 am Monday afternoon with the right documents, I could get my passport in time for my flight. It worked! It was very expensive but worth it. It's clear that you can get an expedited passport yourself and save some money, but these guys do it every day and anticipate everything that might hold up the process. For instance, they had me sign the forms about six times until my signatures matched my driver's license and old passport, because mismatched signatures can hold up processing, apparently. It also seems unlikely that most people would be able to get a next day appointment themselves - the earliest appointment I could get out of the automated system was for much later in the week. Everyone I dealt with, including Sofia, the agent who helped me, was very professional and competent. The customer service was in every way commensurate with a transaction that cost over 500 dollars total (including the passport agency fees). They seem to be doing very well in search results and online reviews, and as far as I can tell they deserve it. I received an email asking for a review, and I was happy to oblige. read more

Excellent service all around! When I found myself in need of an expedited passport I hand not idea what to do. I searched online and found Rush Passport along with a few others. After doing some research and making some calls I chose Rush. It was the best decision I could have made. When I spoke with Damilia, I explained my situation and she was wonderful. Rush Passport truly amazed me and saved the day for me. My story is this: -I realized on a Sunday at 4:00pm that my passport had expired, and I had a flight scheduled for 8:35pm that evening and was driving into Canada, so my plans seemed DOOMED -A search around the Internet yielded many "rush" passport type companies and services, all that seemed capable of renewing my passport "overnight" and "within 24 hours" but it was obvious with shipping time, paperwork, and so on (plus the fact that it was a Sunday!) really meant the my travel plans would have to be pushed back eaisly 3-4 business days which just was not an option in my urgent situation. -Luckily I found Rush Passport which was the only that could claim SAME DAY passport renewal, AND had a 24x7 phone service to call -I called their phone service (again, this was on a SUNDAY at approximately 5:00pm by now!), left a voicemail, and received a call-back within 30 minutes! RushPassport.com really pulled off a miracle for me. At 4:30 PM the day prior to leaving on our family vacation, I discovered that my passport had expired. I quickly searched google for help and fortunately found RushPassport.com at the top of the list. I spoke with Crystal and explained that my family and I are departing on a flight the next day at 7 PM. Hi, my name is Marcia, I am very great full with rush passport agency. Specially a big thanks to Crystal. She was the first person a came across in the phone I explained my situation, which was that I was sending my daughter to South America when I noticed that her passport was about to expired the following month. When traveling to a foreign country the passport has to be in effect six months prior to travel. I called the u.s government office to get a appointment there. I was told there were none in that moment, just only after her trip date.This was on a Wednesday and her trip on Monday. Wow. I'm not sure when I've been more pleased with a company - both customer service and actual results. Like most of you probably looking at these reviews, I made the boneheaded move of just realizing the Friday night before my Monday afternoon flight my passport had recently expired. I called the NY Passport Agency hotline and the first appointment was for three days after my trip. According to online reviews, you may be able to get them to relent and help you without an appointment if you get there at 6am and beg your case, but then again, you may not. I'm a photographer and was heading up near the Arctic Circle for a shoot - a lot was riding on my getting there (including almost $2500 in airfare). I had to take the guesswork out of it and go with an expeditor. Rush Passport answered the phone at 10pm on Friday night, walked me through the instructions, etc. Saturday I went in to their (nicer than expected) office and was helped (and reassured) by Yesenia. By 1pm Monday(earlier than promised) I had my passport in hand. And then to top it off - I got a follow-up call from them that evening to make sure I made my plane. Seriously - they were great. I had a great experience through Rush Passport! After a short-notice invite to a trip to London, England, I had realized my passport was expired. So pleased with the service I received at Rush Passport. I was extremely nervous that this place was a scam but I had to trust the reviews and take the plunge since my trip was only 2 weeks away. So glad I did because I ended up getting my passport even faster than I paid for, seriously it only took 3 days and I paid for 7-8 day service. I was assisted by Crystal who was so sweet and personable, she politely walked me through the whole process. I only wished I called ahead to inquire about coupons, apparently if you call first they will hook you up with any current promos going on, but you have to do it in advance since once you are there it's too late. Without any coupons its a bit pricey but totally worth it for the security of knowing you're going to get your passport in time. I have used Rush Passport four times in the last two years, and each time they have come through with flying colors. The first time I was out of town and needed a visa to enter China. The Chinese consulate rejected the visa because I needed two clean facing visa pages in my passport and my cluttered passport didn't have it. I was to leave in less than a week. Rush Passport got the US State Department to expedite adding pages to my US passport, got it back to the Chinese consulate, and got it to me the day before my trip. Couldn't have done it without them. Another time I needed a visa to Uganda in a hurry and they got it in a few days; I had a colleague with significant health problems heading to Poland. While I don't recommend that anyone should follow me, I arrived late, without an appointment, and even with that, the process was it was quick and painless. Raven M. Passport & Visa Specialist assisted with completing my application, while Sam the boss, took my photo, calm me down, along with giving me a chocolate kiss. They both assured me that I could make it to the Post office before it closed, called me while there to assure that I was serviced, by a postal worker that promised to process my application, then waited for me to return to Rush, with my paperwork, and bid me the most kind farewell, and as promised my passport was available for in person pick up or mail delivery in less than a week.
