I had a very disappointing experience with this notary. I paid in advance ($125 via Zelle) for a…read moreremote notarization session that never happened. Despite confirming a time, the notary missed the appointment and did not provide the service. When I requested a refund, I was told I would only receive a partial refund because of "time spent preparing documents" -- even though no notarization took place, no Zoom link was ever provided, and the service I paid for was never delivered. Communication was unprofessional, expectations were not set clearly, and the process felt disorganized and misleading from the start. I ultimately had to go elsewhere (UPS) to get the notarization done the same day. I would caution others to avoid this service and use a more reliable, transparent notary.

Outstanding Mobile Notary Service - Professional, Reliable, and Fast!…read more I had an urgent need for a mobile notary on a Sunday to finalize a commercial lease signing in Jackson Heights, and NOTARY & FAST POA absolutely delivered. From the first point of contact, Vagan Sadoian was incredibly responsive, clear, and professional--he made sure every detail was covered and that we felt confident the signing would go smoothly. But the real hero of the day was Dante, Vagan's colleague, who showed up right on time and handled everything with calm precision and a great attitude. Given the short notice and weekend timing, I was fully expecting delays or hiccups--but Dante came through in the clutch, prepared and focused. His professionalism helped move everything along quickly and made a potentially stressful situation feel effortless. I've worked with notaries before, but this was on another level--fast, friendly, and fully reliable. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend NOTARY & FAST POA to anyone in need of mobile notary services, especially for real estate or time-sensitive matters. Thanks again to Vagan and Dante for being

Had a latte with almond milk and Italian coffee, which seemed to be their default coffee since that's what they automatically provided with the latte--it was delicious and one of the best lattes I've ever had. Wish I could drink it everyday. Then tried a recommended Ethiopian coffee they had in an espresso and a latte with regular milk to bring to my wife and it was good but still preferred the first latte. Also tried a Brazilian cheese bread which was very pleasant and fresh. They had very few freshly baked pastries available at the time though. The service was wonderful. I only wish they had offered me the porcelain cups instead of paper cups since I was drinking it all at the cafe. They said they do not offer WiFi but I guess they're not meant to be a sit down cafe where people bring laptops (I had my laptop with me). Bottom line is I would try to go there every day for coffee if I lived there. I hope they do well and can expand in the future and offer more of their potential.
