Very easy to take great passport photos and friendly staff. The pricing is reasonable for 2 quality photos.

I walked in and ordered business cards in a hurry for a trip and I received an emailed proof soon after I walked out. After giving my comments back they had them ready an hour later. Excellent service and just what I wanted! read more

You want a quality sign experience come to this joint, nobody better in the game then Mike, he knows his way around the ole printing press as they say in the biz. My entire neighborhood on Long Island used them for prom signage, we will be using again for future endeavors!!! Thanks MG read more

Needed an emergency print job for Court (about 300pages). I walked in to Remsen Graphics at around 8:30am with a just a usb and he had all my documents printed and bound in under 25 minutes. Absolute lifesaver. Prices were extremely fair too (black and white copies). I will definitely be using this place again. Very highly recommend. read more

Wanted to support our local small business owner but this place is just not good for passport photos. I've had them done here twice now and both times they were rejected for low quality paper and low quality printing. read more

In all my years in college, I never once had to get something printed, especially ASAP, until today. I was absolutely thrilled to know I didn't need a flash drive to give them my work. I was able to email it to them directly from the dropbox app on my phone. Luckily I had a PNG and PDF file since they preferred PDF for printing. The print result was beautiful and perfect and I happily gave my 2.50 for an 11x17 print. They did it right away too. I wasn't there more than 20 min and most of it was me trying to get service on my phone to access my email/dropbox. Service was fantastic and reminded me of the old school mom and pop shops I used to go to for my art needs. Both guys I spoke to were very helpful and patient. I may consider having my print portfolio done by them when the time comes. read more

09/15/15 Nice people and great service. Needed a quick printout of post cards, not many at all. Price was very good and they had the job done in less than 20 minutes. A place on Joralemon wanted a ridiculous sum for the same job. Will be using them again in the future 10/20/2015 tried to use them again because of the great prices sadly this was only a month later the prices had inflated by 150% and there was an undertone of annoyance when requesting pricing will not go back at all read more

Remsen Graphics is a little pricier than Staples and Kinko's, but it's because you are getting top quality prints! I am not rich, but when you want good quality prints, you gotta pay for it, and it's so worth it every single time. I go to school nearby, and I've been to this place since freshman year. The employees are super friendly and helpful, and they value their customers. One time, I had to reprint the same file within an hour because I had to lighten the image. The guy gave me the second prints for free which is extremely generous of them. Definitely will come back here over and over again. Can't get any better than Remsen! read more

Just had my first order with them and they were so accommodating! I stayed up doing some revisions until 5:30am and had to get the PDF printed same day. I sent them an email and they quickly replied 10mins after. Pick up was just as seamless. read more

I came here in a rush to print a document I needed to provide the DOF with and completely forgot to bring cash, card limit is ($10 minimum). The gentleman said no problem printed my 2 pg documents and even offered a folder. A professional and personable approach to their customers. You can confidently spend your hard earned money with them. Keep up the great customer service. read more

These guys are the absolute best in business. First, they're totally professional. They're not just kids at the corner copy shop. Second, they're fast. They turned around 1000 page copy AND scan job in under an hour. Amazing. Third, fair price. Kinkos down the block bid double Remsen's price. read more

They worked with me to get my party invitations just the way I wanted them! Very accommodating and professional! Lots of stairs though. read more

I needed some Save the Date cards printed for a wedding and Remsen came highly reviewed, so I decided to check them out. I couldn't be happier. They worked with me through the entire process of initially printing a few samples to see what we liked, to eventually doing the final printing and cutting of the hundred or so cards. They were super friendly, knew exactly what I needed, and they got it done faster than I thought would be possible. The quality was amazing, and the price seemed very reasonable. I don't see any reason why someone would go anywhere else. Thanks guys! read more

I literally signed up for yelp, just so i could post a review of this place. I have been going to kinkos, before it was fedex office most of that time. I will never go back to one of those big chains ever again after experiencing Remsen Graphics. I go out of my way to go to these guys. Not only are they super friendly, the quality of their machines are amazing as well as their dedication to delivering exactly what you ask for. Big ups to MIke! -Joe Marson read more

Remsen Graphics has no peer when it comes to any type of printing, binding, digital scanning, faxing, or production work in NYC, and I've been to just about every copy shop there is in Brooklyn and Manhattan. For over 25 years, I've given them my briefs. They do flawless work. Many other print shops do not offer tape printing, which is a requirement in appellate courts, but Remsen does. They can solve any problem and always work with the customer. They print beautiful letterhead and stationery. Their service is super-fast, reliable, and courteous. read more

This little shop around the corner from Kinko's in Brooklyn Heights ROCKS. I went to Kinko's first, but the one person working the machines couldn't get to my 14 pages until the next day. So, by recommendation, I went to Remsen Graphics. They showed me onscreen what my project would look like, printed a sample and trimmed it.Then proceeded to print and trim the rest. All in one 20 minute visit. They are personable and helpful. I highly recommend them. Plus, they have 35mm photo printing and passport photos. read more

Needed some black and white printing - you simply email your files to their email address, and everything is waiting for you the second you arrive! The pricing is reasonable at 10c per sheet, and the customer service is excellent read more

Great prices, friendly service, can handle all of your printing needs.

Went today to print a couple portfolios, they have EVERY type of printing service possible. seriously. copies, color, large print, photos, posters, business cards, this place is small but packs a printing punch! They guys that work there are also very helpful and were super accommodating to my demanding portfolio needs. I would have given this review a "4.5" only because the price is not the best, but you get what you pay for. excellent service and quality. read more

The service is exceedingly friendly and prompt. If they can they'll complete your order right on the spot. They don't just execute your order but go the extra mile to make sure that what they give you will really meet your needs. This is the place to go for binding! read more

messaged Remsen Graphics through Yelp and they responded within an hour. We emailed back and forth about what type and size of color printouts I needed exactly. They were super helpful and patient, answering all my questions. I ended up sending 2 PDF files for them to print on thick paper and they were both ready the next morning. The color quality was great and they guys there are really nice. I would definitely use them again! read more

This place is awesome! I went to the sad Fed Ex around the corner to print something in color and it came out horrible. I then remembered Remsen and went to them. The place was crowded but I was seen in like 1 minute and received my copies in 1 minute and they came out beautiful! Their price was actually cheaper than Fed Ex. I just have to make sure that I remember their hours. read more

After being told by the FedEx whatever near my house that they don't do passport photos even though it says they do on their yelp page. I slogged over in the rain to the next closest option. I was greeted nicely (unlike FedEx). The man who took the photos took great care and they came out as good as they could have considering my soaking wet hair and general bad mood ;) read more

I'm so happy I stopped in to Remsen Graphics! After an aggravating visit to the FedEx one block away, I remembered Remsen Graphics and thought to bring my print job to them. Thank God! The two attendants were very friendly...like, wow, someone is happy to provide good service! They stepped in to help right away, and even offered to show me samples of my print job before starting. No fireworks, just good customer service. I took off one star because they werent able to get smudge marks off my copies that werent on the original. They blamed it on the original, but i know that kind of finesse just comes from knowing your machines better. Still, the overall experience was great. I'm happy to bypass FedEx altogether from now on & make this place my go to print shop! read more

They're so nice here! The guy worked with me to make sure my prints turned out exactly how I like it and was really nice about it even when I needed to reprint one or two of them. I'm happy with the way my prints turned out and will be coming back here for any other things I need printed in the future. read more

I walk in here and instantly relax - the people are SO competent, SO fast, and SO friendly. Mirror image opposite of a mass chain copy store hellhole. Twice I've walked in while freaking out about a deadline and completely overwhelmed from dreadful experiences with self serve mass chain hellholes, thrown some papers on the counter, and walked out 10 minutes later, breathing again and toting beautiful stacks of bound and stapled papers. Sure the mass hellholes are ubiquitous, but the stress will suck days off your life and this place is AWESOME. read more

Remsen Graphics are my "go to" guys for turning around my appellate briefs. They provide full, fast and courteous service every time.

I walked in here with an old camera, a 35mm - that I could not remember how to use. i was not even sure if it worked anymore. Jay, the photo man at Remsen, helped me out BIG TIME. This guy was amazing. He not only showed me how to use my camera again, he lent me batteries and film to make sure it worked! He even took some pictures and developed them before I left for a big trip to ensure that my camera was working correctly. Jay has been so kind to me, I don't know what I would have done without his help. He was generous, patient, kind. It was so lovely. I took a trip to Europe and shot tons of rolls of film, and Jay developed them beautifully. He worked quickly, and kept in touch with me to let me know when I could pick them up. I don't think there is a better guy to take care of your old film than Jay. Thank you Remsen Graphics, many thanks to Jay!!! read more

This place is extremely overpriced for the quality service and finished product. I dropped off a frame and wanted a few of my daughter's pictures to be added, all on one sheet of paper. They took over 2 weeks to finish the job, when I called they said they had forgotten. I was charged $50 for the job which was less than impressive. If you wanted to print some school papers or something that doesn't require too much digital work, go here, if not, stay far away. read more

I have been using Remsen Graphics for years and years. I have always found them to be fast, accommodating and on the ball. They were on Remsen Street until there was a flood which put their machines out of commission - and then they moved as close by as possible. If you are sending a fax, do it here. Their rates are lower than Kinkos and they give you a free cover page. I believe their copy rates are lower too. Try them - you'll like them. read more

Decently priced for 35mm Film scanning, but the quality of scans was terrible. The skin tones all turned out neon red and oversaturated in almost every one of my 7 rolls I had them scan. I am extremely disappointed considering this will take hours for me to color correct in photoshop. I have my BFA in photography and would scan my film myself if I had access to a scanner but I have never received such terrible quality scans from a 3rd party, it is not that hard to do simple color corrections for 35mm film. This is not quality work that deserves to be paid for. read more
