They behave as if they're doing you a favor. I've learned my lesson. I will not support chauvinist or caveman behavior. Just staring at a monitor and walking about like robots. You can earn degrees, build a business, be intelligent but you must learn customer service. I'll go back to the library and find another printing company. The staff need a course in people skills. I googled another printer... I came upon Rolling Press, that was about 4 blocks away from Staples... the super nice gentleman at the front desk informed me that they had just announced that they were going out of business and couldn't take my order, BUT referred me to Save Mor Digital Printing, which was actually much closer to my house... I'm sad that I wasn't aware that they've been around for 35 years... not only was the customer service at both of these small, independent stores FAAAARRRR more superior than my 1st experience, the prices were less than half. He did exactly what I needed, plus it came out much nicer than I expected. Please visit local independent shops the next time you need a service. They do great professional work. You can work with them in person, which I did when I started. They have a wide variety of paper options and can talk you through them. Or online, which we now use for reorders. If there is anything fishy with your order, and I mean anything (one time there was a tiny dot in a field of solid color they asked if I wanted removed), they will immediately call and see how you want to proceed. You get updates every step of the process and you can pick up or have your order delivered which has been a lifesaver during the pandemic. I came in looking for name tags to print on, and I found EXACTLY what I was looking for in their office supplies. I feel like that never happens. 2. There are sometimes long wait times to ship things, but I've never stood in line for more than 15min. For international shipping, FedEx is a little cheaper than UPS (and I had success shipping a package to Singapore). 3. If you need something printed or bound, you can call their store and they'll give you an email to send the file to. Do this ahead of time, and you can pick it up same day in the afternoon. There's also a pretty large copy center, passport photos, a lot of photocopy machines, and some computers. The staff here are nice - it's always busy so they're hustling just doing their job. Overall, I'm happy to have a FedEx nearby that offers all of these services!

VERY disappointed in UPS. Sent a perishable item to Florida three days ago and was GUARANTEED…read moredelivery today. Now they are saying that it is delayed one business day and since Monday is a holiday, it will not arrive until Tuesday! That is one week later and it is not refrigerated so, even though it is marked perishable and was packed with ice packs, it may not be good. It was close to $80 to send ($208 for overnight!) and now it will not even arrive when told it would and may have been destroyed in the process. What other carriers are nearby?
