I seldom go here but went recently. I doubt if I will go back. My printer was acting up so I couldn't print the label. I knew that I could email them the label and they print it. I expected to pay a price. I did not expect that price to be $3.50 per page. Luckily, the setting was set to print on both sides minimizing the paper. I have gone to other UPS stores and paid for my label to be printed. I have NEVER, EVER been charged the high price that I was charged here. The most I've paid so $1, which is a fair price. The moral of the story, if you have to go here make sure that you print your label beforehand because you might have to pay $$7 plus tax for the shipping label and packing slip if they don't print it double-sided. read more

Do not try to use their notary services, they will go out of their way to be unhelpful. Even if you call ahead, they will always be on lunch break and claim they cannot help on weekends. read more

Literally the longest lines and the people are rude and takes forever to just drop off a package to return....

$4 to print a single shipping label. It was $3.75 or something to use a computer and then $.25 to print a single sheet of paper

Came here earlier this year to ship out a package and it was a super efficient process. My item was weighed and I was asked to provide the mailing & shipping address. A label was generated and a receipt was provided after payment. I was there for less than 15 minutes and avoided a long line. read more

Customer service was great. Elliot was professional and courteous. However, the center itself was nauseatingly hot. When I asked about the air conditioning, I was told that the space was being 'cooled' by a small fan. Unacceptable and uncomfortable while waiting for service. Do better! read more

There's a guy that works there , he's always have red eyes and smell like marijuana he is always laughing and eyes are very low I went in on Friday may 30 in the early afternoon hours to get help with my package, and he's just sitting there laughing and not helping me read more

Slowest printing machine boot up ever. Card machine needs to reset. Give yourself 20 minutes with these people.

I called them 1hr before closing to ask if I can drop off a letter with tracking and was told to hurry before their driver left so my letter can get shipped same day. Well I made it on time and was in and out within 2 minutes. Tracking was way cheaper than what USPS was gonna charge me and the clerk here was super nice. read more

They are supposed to open at 11 am on Saturday. It is currently 11:26 am and they are still closed!!! There are 8 of us waiting in line on a Saturday like we have nothing better to do. Completely unprofessional! Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened at this location. read more

I never knew I had opinions about shipping stores before I moved here but turns out I sure do. This place is great. One time I turned up before opening hours (I didn't check, just kind of assumed) and they were inside getting ready for the day. They saw me out there like a dork and opened early for me. Nice! Today I went over with a couple of boxes of returns. He pulls one out of the bag and goes, "Oh uh, this one's FedEx!" Dang it, I hadn't even looked. Not only did he not make fun of me, he pulls up a map and shows me where the nearest shipping center is that takes FedEx. This is an insanely awesome level of customer service for sure. They also have fancy mail boxes that can send your phone messages if you need that, and a computer area I see people using sometimes. Plus they're next door to a Blick art supply store which is really cool, a liquor store if you've had bad (or good) day, and a dentist if you've been neglecting your pearly whites. read more

Racist clerk? I'll tell my story and you'll be the judge. I needed to print 4 pages, so I went to this UPS. I waited on line patiently for my turn. There's at least 4 ppl in front of me. When its finally my turn, I stated my need to the clerk - just one sentence... I need to print 4 pages. The clerk then immediately turn to the ppl behind me and asked who is here to drop off their packages. Both of the ppl behind me are in fact dropping off their packages. So, the clerk went and help them first. Then, it's finally my turn. At first, i thought it's must be complicated to print documents... that's why I'm made to wait longer. But no, it took less than 30 secs to open my thumb drive, and click print on the 2 documents... no longer than the time needed for the clerk to scan and print receipts for the ppl who dropped off their documents. So, why am I made to wait longer even though i already waited for my turn. I wasn't rude... i only spoke one sentence to the clerk. The only thing I can think of is I'm a Asian woman. This is the life of being Asian in America. You get unexpected subpar treatment and it leaves you wondering if it's racism, did the clerk somehow thought printing 4 pages is very complicated, or what was it?!? read more

They 'open' at 8:30 yet I stood there until 9 am waiting and by then gave up. Disappointing when you take the time to get somewhere, plan your morning around it and they're unreliable. Opening times should be the thing as a business you are the most reliable for. read more

The UPS Store - Front door and hours - Mailbox Centers Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

So I still think this is the better UPS store in the area. However, this morning I showed up to drop off an Amazon return and to my surprise they were not open. I've read reviews from folks who had their orders originally directed to this location only to find out it's at a nearby location instead. I suspect it has something to do with this store randomly not open during business hours like today. I called three other UPS stores nearby and only one answered. This is very strange. It was around 11:30AM on a Saturday. So basically, what should have been a 20 minute round trip walk ended up being a 60 minute round trip walk because the only other one that answered their phone was about a 0.7 mile walk away. read more
