I came to Supreme Digital to get a printout of a comp card for a modeling gig. Brendan was super personable and helpful. He was able to get the job done in less than an hour which was great because my appointment was that same day. I will definitely be back if I need to get professional printouts! Also super affordable! :) read more

Working with everyone at Supreme Digital was super easy! This was my first time needing prints for an acquisition, and Liz and Brendan were so great to work with me through everything from the paper to the size. The prints were stunning, and I received great feedback from the acquisition team. Would 100% use Supreme Digital again. read more

their prints were very beautiful and done very nicely and quickly I would gladly come again and recommend supreme to artists

Brendan is a genius. He is infinitely patient and inventive in solving tricky printing issues. Simply the best.

Avoid at all costs. I attempted to get photo prints made here. Not only where they not helpful their prices are absurd. I had to call repeatedly since they didn't even download the files for a few days. When I did get a call they told me on the phone the prints would be ready to picked up. Guess what they weren't, When I arrived to pick it up they told me it would be another week! Found a place that printing it for me the next day at half the price and super high quality. Again avoid this place read more

I went here to have some small exhibition quality photographs printed. After speaking with someone on the phone about my order, I followed up with an email reiterating the details I had told them on the phone. It wasn't that involved a job. I needed some black and white digital prints with a one inch border. When I arrived to pick them up they had printed them without borders and I ended up having to wait over 30 min for them to reprint. The one women working there was very rude and seemed in a rush to leave rather then to help out and make sure I was getting quality images. Also, the images were pixilated which is not what I wanted. When I asked about this the women told me the file was too small and there was nothing she could do. For a place that specializes in printing, her lack of investment in my order was astounding. I ended up having these printed at My Own Color Lab from the same digital file at the same size and they were not pixilated and the quality of service there was much higher. Supreme Digital's whole operation feels very unprofessional and I would not recommend it to my artist and photographer friends. read more

I've been wanting to make giclee prints of my illustrations, for a long time, but I put it off because I didn't know where to start. I checked out several companies before starting, and decided to go with Supreme, for starters because I was really impressed by their correspondence with me. They were immediately so helpful and attentive, which meant a lot to me, especially since I'm just starting out with prints, and needed a lot of help. They made the process a whole less intimidating, and gave me just as much attention as they'd give to much bigger clients. Service like this is enough to win me over, but of course prices and quality are equally important, so I was pretty thrilled to hear their prices after doing some comparisons, which are much better than most out there. That said, there is absolutely no skimping on quality. I've now seen plenty of examples of what they do, in a variety of mediums, on different surfaces, and with different printers, and can say for sure the quality is tops. Now back to my experience... After working with a retoucher outside of there, I thought the digital files I gave to Supreme were perfect, but I realized they weren't after seeing the first proof (my bad). The peeps at Supreme soooo patiently worked with me to make sure my pain in the ass ocd perfectionist self, was happy, and didn't stop at that. They've honestly gone above and beyond in every single way, and I couldn't be more impressed or happier with the turnout of my work, and the whole experience. I look forward to doing all my future printing with these guys. Seriously cannot recommend them enough! read more

Brendan and his team are amazing! I printed my entire solo show with them. Everything was done on time and they met all of my needs and budget. I have used printers here and in LA, and would choose them over any of their competitors. read more

Supreme Digital - Printed at Supreme Digital! - Printing Services Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

I worked with Supreme Digital to print 2 5x6 foot exhibition photographs. The staff wowed me with their personal attention, showing me test prints and allowing me to resubmit files according to those results. Being a perfectionist who often runs printers to the limit of their nerves, I was appreciative of the patience and attention to detail I received. The prints turned out beautifully. Will return soon! read more

Supreme digital is the best printing studio in NYC. Hands down. They do it all, and are great to work with. I've been getting flatbed prints and C-prints made by them, with excellent results! :) read more

A list of mistakes and printer problems made this printer unusable. First of all the print size was completely off. It was printed 24"x250" when it should have been 24"x109". I still can't understand how this could have happened because not only was the file setup at the correct size when I handed it off to him, but we sat together reviewed the file in the studio at the computer. This means that the artwork was distorted at some other point in the process after it had been passed off. The color didn't match the image file whatsoever. The UV printer seemed to have had a problem printing red as it drastically faded out from where it looked good at the top. There was also banding throughout the print. This alone is a huge problem for me and would have made the print unusable. Lastly, it was printed in reverse. All of these things made my expensive print completely unusable. Because I used my own material to print on, I lost a ton of money in material alone. He offered to print it again, but I couldn't afford to waste any more of my expensive material and ran up against my deadline. Still haven't gotten my money back. read more

Lovely staff. Very attentive and gave suggestions to improve the final prints. Mounting onto aluminum panels was perfect. Will use again. read more

My review is based on my experience with Supremedigital . The quality and customer care that they offer is unmatched. My European customers love their printing. You are talking to the person that actually prints your work. You get advice what is the best to do for what you want to achieve. They are reasonable in their pricing. I would always recommend them !!! If you come from the city on the L train they are across the street from the Morgan station exit. read more

I had an astonishingly unprofessional experience with Supreme Digital in spring/summer 19 that ended up being a gigantic waste of my time and a monumental affront to my patience. I have worked with many print shops in NYC and have never experienced worse communication and customer service. Literally EVERY email I sent as a follow up to phone conversations went unanswered until I would call back and have to force someone to address my questions. Often it was impossible to get anyone on the phone and it would just ring into a voicemail void when I needed urgent answers. In fact, contacting them the very first time proved futile over the phone and I ended up being in the neighborhood and had to physically stop in to be able to talk to anyone... Supreme claimed they could do the job I needed done and to send them the specs which I did... and then waited... and waited... and waited. Then I called again, resent my info ... and waited... and waited... and then called again and talked to someone who knew nothing about my job, and resent my email, and waited... and waited.... I'd still be waiting now for a response if I hadn't once again chased them down by phone. An email response to ANYTHING from this place seems to be way too much to ask. From the start, my project was mismanaged with ZERO communication coming from Supreme and I needed to consistently chase my contact down by phone daily for answers. I wanted to work with a local print shop specifically so I could physically stop by to look at proofs and discuss any changes with the printer (and I communicated this to my contact at Supreme on first meeting). Instead, when I was right down to my deadline, my project got outsourced by Supreme to a commercial printer in Vermont, thus adding in extra time to have proofs shipped to me (the proof that was shipped also never arrived). In the end, that job was totally botched and was completely unusable to me, resulting in missing my project deadline and then the runaround of getting my materials back which had also been shipped off to Vermont. Needless to say, I immediately abandoned trying to work with this shockingly unprofessional shop. There seems to be no accountability here, horrific customer service and the worst customer communication I've ever experienced by a place that I would assume actually wants to stay in business? Maybe they're fine for a straightforward print job, I don't know since my job got outsourced. What I can say is that if you are looking for an incredibly frustrating, uncommunicative customer service experience with attitude where you feel like you are stalking someone just to get your email or phone call answered, this is your place! My advice to any professionals looking for a professional experience: GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE ! read more

Hearing of the company's accessibility and affordable pricing, I first worked with Supreme Digital while living in NYC. Now that I live in Albuquerque, I still use Supreme Digital for my prints. I can trust that the end results will exceed my expectations. The staff is very knowledgeable and isn't going to nickel and dime you like most "fine art" printers who maximize cost on each and every file you send. read more

Our experience with Supreme Digital couldn't have been better. We contacted them about a very important print job that was also, unfortunately, a rush job for us. Their knowledge of printing, paper stock and mounting was invaluable to us, as was their ability to turn around a rush job on time and executed perfectly. Management is on site, managing the process every step of the way. P.B. PJB Marketing read more

Such great quality. Great customer service, product and printed my order in 30 minutes. No need to look elsewhere.

They don't answer the phone. Ever. I'm assuming this is a reflection of their professionalism (non-existent) in other areas, so I will stop trying to contact them and keep going out to Brooklyn for my fine art prints. read more

I've been using Supreme for the past two years. As someone who ran a digital printshop of my own in DC, I am very picky about my prints. Other NY shops I've used are more expensive for the same quality and somewhat intimidating to an artist who likes to have a personal connection with their printer. Supreme always does a spectacular job, as well as usually a quick turnaround time. If you want personalized, unpretentious service, come here. read more

I walked in with no prior notice 1 day before my wifes birthday to see if I could get a professional quality print of my children for my wife. I was a bit overwhelmed by the awesomeness and quality of the printing and matting options. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for, the best professional quality prints money could buy! Luck would have it, I received excellent professional service from Brendan, the owner. I had no idea how much was involved in producing a perfect recreation of a digital image and despite my ignorance and short notice, Brendan promised to have my selected prints ready by the end of the day. For a small, busy, professional operation like his, this was a gesture of pure selfless charity. What normally takes at least three days lead time, Brendan and his staff delivered, in a single day! The prints were nothing short of spectacular! This is my new "go to" printing pro when I want to produce an astronomical physical presence of an image my professional digital Canon (Mark II, Pro series lenses) creates! WOW! No wonder pro photographers look so good! read more
