I have gone to Qwik Pack and Ship for many years to ship packages for my Family and Friends . I just love going there as the staff is always so helpful and so friendly. It always makes my day to greet the staff there, Ali and Jason have always answered any questions that I had pertaining to shipping my packages. The service that I get here from Yvette is what makes me keep wanting to go back there, time and time again..She is always so knowledgeable and so helpful, always pointing out things that I was not aware of.... In the past , I have had Kirk assist me ,as always, so helpful,polite, and friendly . I always leave here as one satisfied customer. Years ago I used to ship my packages to my brother in California thru Staples as they had a shipping area there. I hated the process in which to do this,as you had to manually type all the information in a form then get serviced by rude personnel that worked there. I am so glad that I found another shipping store which made shipping my packages so much more enjoyable and less stressful as Staples was. I can't even begin to express my gratitude to everyone who helped me, but especially Ali. I came in with a few boxes but expressed to him that I had a few others and was going to have to make another trip. He then offered to send someone with a car to my apartment the next day to help me get the boxes to the store, for free. After we arrived, a kind woman helped me re-pack everything into bigger boxes so that I'd be cheaper, even wrapping some things extra securely, also free of charge. How can I adequately express my love for these guys? I take a half an hour subway to *specifically* ship through them. Why? Because when you ship through these guys they Have. Your. Back. I shipped a package worth thousands of dollars through them, and near the end of its journey with fedex, it mysteriously went missing. Tracking number showed it had been delivered and signed for at the specified address, and yet everyone was throwing up their hands saying they had no idea where it went. I called Qwik Pack in a desperate effort to see if I could get proof of delivery, heck anything, that could help out with this considering the cost of the package. The manager stopped what he was doing, called the location on his personal phone, and was determined to get to the bottom of it. And we did!
