Pretty awesome place, to be honest, if you want to go ship things. Do that there, very friendly. However, if there are any problems, or if you want, say, a mailbox there...beware. They are aggressively bad at customer service, borderline incompetent, and you will NEVER get your stuff. $800 wasted on this place, for one pickup, in person, of junk mail. Rented a mailbox to keep a BK adress when I went overseas. Came back for a visit, specifially ordered something to be shipped there overnight on our last night. Went there 30 minutes before closing, closed. Emailed the next day saying we needed that to be shipped to us (sucks that I have to pay again, after paying already for overnight, but whatever). Well, nothing. For months. And we let it get away. Finally, it's time to renew (we were supposed to be back in March to collect and do it in person, but, well, the world). Called and were told that they would ship everything, paid the new $350 and the $44 they said it would cost to ship everything. Cool, tons for junk, but at least we got that package (the size of a thumb drive). Three weeks later, nothing, so call to ask for a tracking number--after emails asking for it--and yeah, should've gotten that at the start, as any reputable company would have...and then they told me the pkg, the only one we wanted, was still sitting there. After being told everything was shipped. And the cost for this, plus the rest of the garbage (that they can't be bothered to sort, at all) would be $81 more dollars! Like woah. So dumbfounded, I get off the phone, but thinking about it, send an email. Not nasty, but wondering where the service was that I have spent $800 on. Then, not wanting to leave it there as I have experience with their ignoring emails, called them, and was promptly hung up on by JASON the "owner". Because I sent a complaint. And bothered to follow up on why the basic services I had paid towards $1k for, where not happening. Avoid at all costs, unless you want to do something supere simple. JASON is obviously a scumbag. read more

We have been relying on Qwik Pack and Ship especially frequently over the past year, whether it be making shipments or utilizing their printing services. The staff is always super friendly and take genuine concern when preparing shipments. I brought some artwork in this morning and the shipping clerk was so kind with protecting the pieces for a USPS shipment. Would recommend to anyone and glad to see they are keeping busy! read more

Can't recommend Qwik Pak enough. In preparation for a cross-country move, I recently found myself trying to figure out how to send 5 heavy 18-gallon plastic tubs filled with my belongings from Brooklyn to California. I started by bringing one over to Qwik Pak to gauge cost--not only did the team behind the counter compare carrier prices to get me the cheapest price, they also offered to pick up my other four tubs from my apartment, pack them safely, and ship them out for me. Honestly, this was the BEST experience I could have asked for when it comes to shipping. I am moving out to CA and had 4 big boxes I needed to ship, which weren't cheap. My package was sent over to this place from fedex. When I went to pick it up this business was charging me $10 to pick up my package. Fedex picked the spot and didn't notify me that there will be a charge. I'm already paying shipping through Fedex why would I have to pay an additional $10. Be aware! read more

I'm not one for hyperbole but they're the absolute best. I had to ship two large boxes for a last minute move out to LA and Ali couldn't have been more gracious. Even giving me another box for free because he could tell I was concerned one of my boxes might be too flimsy to be shipped. He went above and beyond to make shipping as painless as possible (like offering me a piece of a croissant from Charter coffee down the street; go there too!). He told me to state the real value of my boxes because if FedEx were to lose any of them, he'd be sure to get every penny. Believe me, he will. When I moved last October this place was insanely helpful. I went in looking for boxes for my move. The gentleman who helped me was great! Instead of letting me guess how many boxes and what sizes I might need, he took the time to talk me thru all of the things I had to move and grabbing the appropriate sizes and numbers of boxes. Then he told me that if I had any extra boxes I could return them and they would refund me, which was great to hear. Even better, he was spot on exactly right with how many boxes I needed. I used each one and all of my things were packed and ready to go. Six months later I still think of what a pleasant experience it was whenever I walk by the shop; and, I am constantly thinking of new reasons to use them. read more

OMG, wish I could give them 100 stars!! Seriously, most incredible customer service ever. Had to ship art supplies and artwork to and fro across the country to go on an artists' residency in rural Wyoming. They made my life so easy, Ali and all the staff there are just amazing, they're really nice, helpful and knowledgeable. All my things arrived safe and sound, beautifully wrapped and packed, ahead of schedule. Can't say enough good things about Qwik Pack and their staff! Kind and informative, even when the line is to the door. Today, my box was a good bit bigger than the items I was shipping, so the clerk let me know I could save $10 on the send with a slightly smaller box. I AM NOT GOING ANYWHERE ELSE FOR SHIPPING!! This is the best shipping spot in the hood simply because they give the best shipping rates and great service. The staff is courteous and knowledgable about the paperwork and customs process for shipping domestic and international. On my last visit to this store I was stuck with a set of mis-ordered bicycle wheelset which I bought from a UK-based cycling site, they shipped it to NY for free with 2 day shipping. When I wanted to return the wheels back to UK the UPS store in wburg quoted me at 540$ !!! I could fly to UK myself one way with the wheels for that $$!! Usps online site quoted something around 300$.... Feeling half-hopeless I walked into Qwick Pack and Ship the gentlemen in there gave me all the assistance I needed for the international shipping documents and dem wheels reached the UK seller in a few days for $136!! Qwik Pack and Ship is by far the best place for shipping in the area and the best shipping center I've ever used. Ali and his team are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. In the past they've helped me ship instruments (selling on Reverb.com) and always taken great care to make sure everything was packed safely. Staff is incredibly rude. Witnessed an older woman borderline crying because she was asking for help and the worker told her right to her face he wasn't going to help her print something. Nobody wants to help you do anything. The only person that's worth your while is the woman. So if you are going to come in here, go directly to her for assistance. I never leave reviews on Yelp. The owners of this store went so above and beyond for me to that I must. First, I had important legal docs that had to be sent overnight by Fed Ex before the end of the day. Didn't make it to Qwik Pack and Ship until late in the day, and apparently the fed ex guy had just left. I was pretty bummed, but the owner of the store RAN down the street to chase the fed ex, and --I kid you not--GAVE HIM 10 dollars of his own money to come back for my shipment. He did just that. I rarely Yelp, but I cannot recommend this place enough! I came in just looking to buy moving supplies and was planning to ship my own boxes cross country. Ali asked me a few questions about what I was shipping (books/clothes/shoes/kitchen items) and said he would send his husband to my apartment to pick up my boxes (at no extra charge) and help me consolidate my stuff so I could save as much money as possible. I ended up shipping three 40lbs boxes of books for $100 via media mail and 5 more large boxes for under $500 (every other person I asked quoted me at $1500+). Moving across the country (Brooklyn, NY to Austin, TX) can be so incredibly stressful, but Ali and his husband made it so stress-free! If you are in Williamsburg, be sure to use these guys whenever you need to ship anything, big or small. read more
