My last experience in a five hour class was horrible I fell asleep, the teacher only put on a video , didn't speak and didn't give us any paper or a pen to take notes. However Kat had us all prepared. She encouraged participation, you can tell she has a genuine love for safety. And as a new driver I appreciated that. I contacted the receptionist, explained the situation, and asked to be reassigned, which is when I was paired with Frank. While I was grateful for the switch, I do feel the school should have provided me with a makeup lesson since my first one was a complete waste of time. That said, I'm very glad that with only 4 lessons, I was able to absorb enough from Frank to pass my test. I do believe that if I had been given a proper makeup lesson with him, I might have finished with fewer points deducted.
