The instructors (Jorge, Gerardo y Luis) are outstanding: very patient, professional, and they have a teaching style that immediately builds your confidence. They correct you calmly, explain everything as many times as needed, and truly make sure you learn properly. One thing that really impressed me, and that is not easy to find, is that they offer different packages, and some of them even include the car for the driving test. On top of that, the exam is taken in a calm, low-traffic area, which really helps reduce stress and makes it much easier to perform well. Honestly, deals like this are very rare to find. Thanks to them, I felt fully prepared, calm, and confident on exam day. I knew exactly what to expect and how to handle every situation. We started the class upstairs and the instructor Kat, light skin, grew hair, was such a great teacher! She was extremely funny and witty. My last experience in a five hour class was horrible I fell asleep, the teacher only put on a video , didn't speak and didn't give us any paper or a pen to take notes. However Kat had us all prepared. She encouraged participation, you can tell she has a genuine love for safety. And as a new driver I appreciated that. It kept me attentive and actually wanting to learn. This school is really great, I hate the area but I would definitely come back for anything else I need. I did receive a refund for my unused portions of the package I paid for. I enrolled as a complete beginner and made that very clear from the start. Instead of receiving patient instruction, I experienced an instructor (Michael) who became frustrated with beginner mistakes and raised his voice during lessons. It was also extremely fast paced for a 20 lesson full package deal. On my third day I was being taught a 3 point turn and parallel parking when I was not comfortable turning onto roads and being centered on roads. There were also communication and scheduling issues. On one occasion, I arrived for what I believed was my scheduled lesson, only to find out the time had been changed without any phone call, email, or text notification. Despite the instructor being available, I spent approximately 40 minutes sitting in the vehicle while he stopped at McDonald's and handled personal matters rather than conducting the lesson. During multiple lessons, the instructor took lengthy personal phone calls while I was in the car, including highly personal conversations that contained inappropriate language. As a student learning to drive for the first time, I expected my instructor's full attention and professionalism, not distractions and personal matters. What ultimately made me decide to leave was being told after only three lessons that my remaining lessons and road test had been canceled because I was allegedly "too nervous." I had attended every lesson, was eager to learn, and had only just begun driving. Although I was offered another instructor, by that point I had lost confidence in the school's professionalism and chose to seek instruction elsewhere. Additionally, while waiting for one of my lessons, I overheard another student discussing a negative experience he had with an instructor named Frank. Under normal circumstances I would not place much weight on another student's experience alone. However, after everything I had personally experienced, hearing another student express similar frustrations further reduced my confidence in the school as a whole. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this driving school.
