A bunch of thieves!!!!!!! Stopped here really quick to print and ship a package, and the cashier was rude. To print 14 pages he wanted to charge me $10.50, and to ship a package he wanted to charge me $10 to ship 1 PEN and a KEYCHAIN and that wasn't even with the envelope included. Told him to forget everything, and just give me the envelope and he charged me $1 convenience fee. So ended up paying $5 for an envelope since he didn't want to be transparent with the prices. Don't recommend this place at all. Proceed with caution. read more

I don't get this place. It's like there isn't an owner. Because I can't see anyone who would own this place tolerating any of the behavior of the staff. They are always rude, slow as hell, sloppy in their work. One girl has headphones as she works with people behind the counter!!! How is that acceptable? The other is always cursing out loud to her colleagues and at customers who have left. Totally unreal. I never write reviews but I'm just blown away by how bad this is. It's funny except that I have to find another place now. Today I walked in, the lady barked "next" as though I was in a far away long line, while I'm the only other customer on line. This is amazingly helpful and efficient place for shipping. They bring up multiple bids from multiple different shippers giving you the best price for what you need. Customer service is very friendly. I give the lady a high five for having the courage to always give good treats to my dog. Nice place in the hood to do your mailing needs a few more items in the store for sale like a plastic bed sheet cover for those who still do or have relatives who pee in their beds. The store also have the web/internet computers in case you have an emergency and have to use the web or print something .50 cents a sheet no bad at all. This is my neighborhood spot and generally everyone is very helpful except today, I had to ship a package but didn't have any tape in the house. I asked the guy working there if he could tape it for me and he did, then charged me TWO DOLLARS for a piece of tape. Didn't tell me before he did it he had to charge me either. It's more convenient than the local post office, but you're paying a price for that. Staff don't seem happy though, so not the greatest customer service. UPTDATE (11/2018) After going here several times, the staff is just plain rude. I'm not expecting much out of exchanging pleasantries, but I've gone in and they don't speak to me at all b/c they're too busy talking amongst each other. I think its funny how they have a sign that says "if you are on your cell phone we will skip you" b/c they make no effort to speak with you at all. It's really not that hard to say "hello" to a customer. The only positive is that i've never had an issue with my packages getting delivered...but seriously the management of this place needs to hire all new people. read more

This spot used to be legit and completely reliable but that's not the case anymore. Used to receive and drop-off packages nearly daily. Despite their website STATING they'll receive packages for you for a nominal fee OR give you the option to rent a mailbox, they'll simply return your packages to the driver without telling you. My package shows as delivered and when I called to confirm, the rude woman I spoke with on the phone bluntly told me my iPhone is now somewhere on a UPS truck in Maspeth and that even though it says delivered, it ain't. Even have proof of delivery a "SASHA" signed for it. She then yelled at me that they haven't been a UPS access point for two years. ????? Now I'm speaking with Verizon to get a second one sent out, which is a total waste of time and resources. Uh, maybe update your outdated-ass website so incidents like this don't happen in the first place? Such ineptitude I am astounded. Never in my life have I had such difficulty receiving a damn package in the mail. Go back to your old management! read more

I don't understand the bad reviews here- you can go wait in the line at the post office which has always been 1,000 times worse in my opinion. There's never a long line, prices are fair, they take and ship items that already have postage on them- and I've never had any issues with the employees. Convenient for quick shipping needs, especially if you need UPS or FedEx. I do most of my shipping prep at home, so to have a place this close where I can drop my parcels off is pretty awesome. And they have supplies for sale that, though a bit overpriced, when you're desperate you'll gladly pay for the convenience. The people are leaps and bounds better than the Williamsburg post office. As far as the staff goes, the big dude with the mustache is cool and very helpful. Articulate and friendly, he'll never leave you in doubt. The two chicks though... a bit hit or miss. The redhead comes across as a bit rude, but I think she's just spunky. I can see how she'd rub people the wrong way, but I dig her style. At the end of the day, it's convenient and unlike the place on South 4th I don't want to knock the teeth out of anyone who works here. read more

I used to go here all the time. About once a week for a few years when I loved nearby. No problems really. A little bit of an attitude but I just ignored it. Then a package came back with the wrong address on it. I already wrote the correct address on the envelope and then they put it in the computer. Dishonest management finds ways to charge for unlabeled services and materials, without checking with customers first. I come here every so often when I do not feel like dealing with the post offices in this neighborhood. The post offices in this neighborhood are absolutely horrendous (lines so long they are literally spilling out of the door!?!) I find the clerks to be generally friendly (unlike the staff at the local post offices) and they seem to know their stuff (unlike some of the staff at the local post offices). I've never had to wait more that 5 minutes in line, and that has been at all different times of the day. They offer USPS, FEDEX and I believe UPS shipping, so you do have the opportunity to compare pricing and see what works best for you. read more

You know how going to the post office is usually about the same as being waterboarded? Now imagine the opposite of your typical post office and that is what this place is like. You will have a smile on your face the whole time. Hell, you don't even need a pen! Some of my favorite things: - they save your home address in their system and addresses you have sent packages to for super fast shipping setup. - the staff is fast, intelligent and serious about a great experience - they have a great selection of packaging and will pack up your items super fast, just had them the item and they will have it packed and ready to go ASAP - the prices feel lower than any post office I've been to, and they handle sending through USPS, UPS and FedEx. Might do DHL as well. It is such a joy to have this place a few block from my home, and makes eBay and other things sold online a joy to send out. Never change! read more

I've learned to endure consistently being brushed off, snapped at and totally ignored by miserable employees here, but this time their attitude almost cost me hundreds of dollars. I shipped two packages (one a $400 piece of audio equipment), and when I asked for my receipt, was told I don't need one, to just take a pic of the labels. I kindly asked again for a paper receipt for record keeping purposes, and after she rolled her eyes at me, I was given one. The entire time she's laughing it up with non-customer friends, barely looking as she scans in packages. I got home and noticed on the receipt they somehow had both packages headed to the same address--not good. I called and was told not to worry, "one must have been scanned twice". I asked if they could please locate the unscanned one, scan it, and give me its tracking number. I was told they'll look for the package and call me back. 45 minutes later, no callback. I returned to the store, no customers there, just two employees standing around. I explained my scenario and that I had called about it but never heard back. They said, verbatim, "yeah, we know"....not "sorry for the initial mistake, sorry for not calling you back, sorry for you having to take another 45 minutes to come back to the store, sorry for not showing an ounce of concern this entire time". Nope, the manager just sighs and says to the other girl, "I guess you'll have to go and look through, like, the hundred packages back there". Yes, you WILL have to do that, so you don't cost me $400 dollars from a lost package! After 10 minutes of waiting (while the manager stood there in the empty store instead of speeding things up by looking as well), the package was found. Glad I didn't listen to them on the phone to "not worry", because turns out it wasn't in the system! They scan it and hand me the receipt without even looking at me, let alone apologizing. Throughout this whole process I kept completely calm, didn't do anything but simply explain my scenario then stay quiet--nothing good happens if you anger people who really don't care to begin with. The terrible customer service reviews have been appearing on here for nearly two years and nothing has changed, so I don't even know why I took the time to write this. But it's one thing to be a jerk, it's another thing to show blatant disregard for a customer's valuables. read more

I've been on the fence about this place for a long time. The women behind the counter border on unprofessional and I sort of question feel like my packages in good hands. So this was my last straw... I go to mail a small padded envelope. They quote me $3.20 and say it will take 20 business days. So ONE FULL MONTH. I say "can you price it for regular mail?" She says "that IS regular mail" Um, yeah maybe in 1850. I ask for normal priority - she then quotes me $9.80. For an envelope with a thumb drive in it. I then go to the loathsome post office. $.98 for "regular" and $3.20 FOR PRIORITY. So it's either incompetence or dishonesty. Or maybe both. I'm done. read more

I have an online business and use to pop by several times a week to buy supplies or drop off packages, but they are downright mean to customers. Their personal conversations are completely inappropriate as well. It's a shame because their services are super convenient, but it's gotten to the point where I no longer want to support their business in any way, shape or form. The previous owners were wonderful people but this place has gone downhill fast since new owners took over. Openly hostile, disorganized staff will pick a fight with you over the simplest questions. Came for Notary services, as advertised by the large green neon notary sign in the window. Was told flippantly "that's the previous owners". Asked why the notary sign was still lit up in the window.
