Generally apathetic and slow service, no sense of urgency whatsoever. Location is convenient and the job gets done so 3 stars for that. No stars for the exorbitant cost to print a single page - $4.62. $4 for the print fee and 24¢/per page, both taxable. This business needs to restructure their fees to reflect actual costs. read more

I experienced such excellent service at this UPS location, I had to be sure to right them a review! I was a little hesitant to stop by this location, especially during quarantine. I called ahead of time to make sure they were open, and they were! UPS is considered an essential workplace during COVID. One thing I love about the UPS Store is that they make amazon returns so simple. The young lady at the counter was very helpful and friendly! Mail in the neighborhood is unreliable so I got a PO box at this UPS. The staff is friendly and so helpful, and they send a message when you get a package. Their hours are good, although sometimes there is a long line. Blame that on the fact that our reliance on online shopping went up four billion percent as a result of covid, not the staff. read more

It's hit or miss if you get good service here. Today was a miss! Last week I went in, the employee scanned the label code from my phone, she put it on the box and I was done. Wonderful. Today a different counter person refused to scan the label code from my phone and said I had to pay $3.79 for her to print it out. I had just watched her scan the person's phone in front of me and she didn't charge her anything. When the label came out she then had the nerve to SCAN THE CODE from the label. You're often directed to wait outside because there's already a handful of customers inside. I normally have my QR code ready to be scanned and have to purchase a parcel from time to time. I want to first say that I love Asia and Shanise and this has nothing to do with the wonderful young ladies that work there. I am so infuriated with the management of this UPS store. I live right across the street and I come into this store to make prints almost every week for my business and it's never fails... something is always wrong with the printer. It never works properly and most of the time it just doesn't even work at all. I have told management about this many times and nothing gets resolved. Most recently I sent a package to New Jersey and the package arrived to my girlfriend's partially ripped and with burn marks almost as if something ran over it. The item inside was all scratched up when I know I passed it off with no blemishes. I just wish they would of taken more care of my package. Luckily the item still works! read more

The service I received from this location was nothing short of AMAZING! From the first phone call made, I knew that I would be in good hands. The level of customer service received from Tyra on the phone was so welcoming, pleasant and professional. After my call, I was convinced that I needed to call an Uber to get down there to get my packages out. When I arrived at the store the great service continued. Everyone went out of their way to assist me with three very big shipments which were unwieldy for me to handle alone. I would have done it on my own, but they made it so much more pleasant. This past Tuesday, I recently was sent a package in error and was told to send it back to the UPS Store. The petite dark skin woman whose always there had an attitude from the moment I got there. Now during the pandemic you would think by her handling packages you'll think she wear gloves. So she has becomes disgusted in front of other customers asking me what's inside the package because the outside had a tiny speck of water. She tried to accused me of placing a package with something wet inside. Then tells me that it's against company policy to accept the package which she could have told me that respectfully in the 1st place.
