This place is fantastic. The staff are all friendly and super helpful. From package returns, to sending important documents both domestically and internationally to having papers notarized - this is your one stop shop! read more

It was an early Sat morning. It was raining & 5 people on line. Brandon had an elderly woman who required extra time to explain sending a pkg. I just had to say, Brandon is an exceptional human being. Every time I see him it reminds me of how it used to be. He is so kind & patient. I hope UPS knows what a treasure he is. read more

Generally apathetic and slow service, no sense of urgency whatsoever. Location is convenient and the job gets done so 3 stars for that. No stars for the exorbitant cost to print a single page - $4.62. $4 for the print fee and 24¢/per page, both taxable. This business needs to restructure their fees to reflect actual costs. read more

Professional, courteous run staff. Helped out on printing, notary and mailing!! Love the business! read more

I experienced such excellent service at this UPS location, I had to be sure to right them a review! I was a little hesitant to stop by this location, especially during quarantine. I called ahead of time to make sure they were open, and they were! UPS is considered an essential workplace during COVID. One thing I love about the UPS Store is that they make amazon returns so simple. The young lady at the counter was very helpful and friendly! The workers were also wore protective gear and limit the amount of people who can enter the store. read more

If you are just dropping off an item that is already addressed and just needs to be scanned in, fine. If you require any sort of mailing service that requires filing out forms or tracking, don't expect assistance or competence. read more

Honestly the nicest experience I have ever had at a shipping store the two lady's working working 2/11/24 were incredibly helpful so much so I am writing a review essentially because of how nice they were read more

The UPS Store - The store i like - Shipping Centers Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

Mail in the neighborhood is unreliable so I got a PO box at this UPS. The staff is friendly and so helpful, and they send a message when you get a package. Their hours are good, although sometimes there is a long line. Blame that on the fact that our reliance on online shopping went up four billion percent as a result of covid, not the staff. read more

It's a UPS store what can you expect. 1 out of 2 computers was out of out of order and it cost an arm and leg to print my pages. $.45 per page it's less than $.10 a page at staples. Crazy!! read more

It's hit or miss if you get good service here. Today was a miss! Last week I went in, the employee scanned the label code from my phone, she put it on the box and I was done. Wonderful. Today a different counter person refused to scan the label code from my phone and said I had to pay $3.79 for her to print it out. I had just watched her scan the person's phone in front of me and she didn't charge her anything. When the label came out she then had the nerve to SCAN THE CODE from the label. Not only that, she took my phone and with a pandemic happening emailed the label to the store...on my phone...without gloves. Disgusting. She should be fired read more

My go-to UPS location. Although there's often a line upon arrival, it moves very quickly. Social distancing is enforced. You're often directed to wait outside because there's already a handful of customers inside. I normally have my QR code ready to be scanned and have to purchase a parcel from time to time. Nevertheless, the service is quick and efficient. My packages always arrive in a reasonable amount of time. read more

I had a great experience at this UPS! Kayla was so prompt and friendly, and she made the whole experience a breeze. Can't recommend them enough! read more

I've been a customer at this store for years. Many of the original friendly staff members who knew me have left. Things run smoothly when Cici, the manager, is around. However, when she isn't working, I often experience terrible customer service. Essence, a new worker, has been rude on three occasions. It seems like she doesn't want to work and may need retraining. I plan to bring this up with the manager the next time I see her read more

Great customer service keeps me coming back here ... That and the loads of Amazon Prime returns I need to drop off. But seriously though, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Given the Covid-19 situation, there might be a line outside. The staff keeps the line moving so most of the wait times are customer related. Dropping off is pretty effortless if there's no line. read more

Came in to get some copies. Weird vibe. The woman behind the counter was working solo and seemed to be friendly but seemed intolerant for people not knowing how to navigate their computers. It sure what the issues was - she was very friendly to a lot of the incoming customers dropping off or picking up but it the ones that 'stayed' not so much. Please be consistent with customer service - it's noticed . read more

The employees at this UPS store are always really helpful and attentive. Today Chanel and her coworker (another woman, I couldn't see her name tag though) were getting through a long line quickly and they were super efficient in dealing with the million packages I brought in. read more

The staff at this UPS store are a pleasure to deal with and always helpful, when discussing cost and packing options. A welcome change from dealing with the unpleasant Post Office in my neighborhood. Occasionally there is a long line during peak hours, but it usually moves pretty quickly. read more

Quick amazing service, the three girls at the front ( shenice, chenel, t'kerah) were amazingly helpful , wanted the print some poster off that were the wrong dimensions and they fixed it for me no problem! Ill be coming back ! read more

Asia did an amazing job at keep the store running (& offering guidance) as the only associate. She is getting the 5 stars. UPS, why do you have only one employee working? (With 20 people in a line?) . Have you not made adjustments with CoVID? I advise you step up. read more

I've been to the PLG UPS store quite a few times now and am always amazed at the level of service. The team answers questions, helps with printing and keeps packages moving. It has become more of a community center thanks to the wonderful staff. read more

I have had plenty of experiences with the mail system... My visit to this location today, which is rather new, is one where unbelievably I left feeling better than I did when I had come in. Not only were my services tended to in a friendly manner by the gentleman serving me but during my transaction, it even turned into a light conversation.. not the annoying and/or forced sort. For any possible mailing needs, I will now be going here. No thanks to the USPS who are never anything but slow and nasty. read more

I want to first say that I love Asia and Shanise and this has nothing to do with the wonderful young ladies that work there. I am so infuriated with the management of this UPS store. I live right across the street and I come into this store to make prints almost every week for my business and it's never fails... something is always wrong with the printer. It never works properly and most of the time it just doesn't even work at all. I have told management about this many times and nothing gets resolved. I've told the girls that their mangers really need to work on getting these fixed and working right. I walked in today and it was my last straw. I can't do business here anymore. Please fix your machines. You advertise that you are a printing house. So please print. read more

Most recently I sent a package to New Jersey and the package arrived to my girlfriend's partially ripped and with burn marks almost as if something ran over it. The item inside was all scratched up when I know I passed it off with no blemishes. I just wish they would of taken more care of my package. Luckily the item still works! read more

Not sure if management/corporate sees this, but anyways, here we go. Went in this morning, two women running the store I think one of their names was Alisa. Anyways, they had the store HANDLED. Guiding customers in one at a time, helping to lead two guys dealing with pulling up stuff on the computer, phone constantly ringing and still being personal with customers. I hope they're getting the praise (and pay) they deserve because they were both great. Weird times we are in, and they definitely made everything run effectively. read more

The service I received from this location was nothing short of AMAZING! From the first phone call made, I knew that I would be in good hands. The level of customer service received from Tyra on the phone was so welcoming, pleasant and professional. After my call, I was convinced that I needed to call an Uber to get down there to get my packages out. When I arrived at the store the great service continued. Tyra was so patient, helpful and knowledgeable about her job. Tyra can teach the other locations a thing or two about Real Customer Service, multi-tasking and getting the job done. I would HIGHLY recommend this location to all. read more

When they first opened it was great but the last few times I've been in here the customer service has been egregious toward all customers I saw in the store. I'll travel to other neighborhoods to avoid this store from now on. read more

I've been to this store several times, and I always leave being so impressed by how friendly and helpful everyone is. I've been to other similar printing shops where it's really difficult to get assistance. Consistently in this store, the people who work here go out of their way to ask how they can help and make sure everything goes smoothly. It's a rare atmosphere, and I'm so glad to have this store right in the neighborhood! read more

The staff; that is what makes this store great. From my first time in, folks said hello, were engaging & eager to help me. Everyone went out of their way to assist me with three very big shipments which were unwieldy for me to handle alone. I would have done it on my own, but they made it so much more pleasant. Even though this is a franchise of a major corporation, the staff at this PLG UPS store make it feel like what small businesses are supposed to do; make connections with people & strengthen the community in the process. I am now motivated to do as much shipping as possible there. read more

I came back here after 8 months and was disappointed. Super rude staff. Nasty place. Come here if you want to experience over it people who are underpaid and incompetent. Normal for America. I won't be going back here. My hands were shaking when I left - nasty girl was super mean to me. Horrible horrible place - stay away! read more

This past Tuesday, I recently was sent a package in error and was told to send it back to the UPS Store. The petite dark skin woman whose always there had an attitude from the moment I got there. Now during the pandemic you would think by her handling packages you'll think she wear gloves. So she has becomes disgusted in front of other customers asking me what's inside the package because the outside had a tiny speck of water. She tried to accused me of placing a package with something wet inside. Then tells me that it's against company policy to accept the package which she could have told me that respectfully in the 1st place. Before putting me on blast as if I came there with a soaked package. I'm sick of her attitude then when non black customers come in she's so cheery and customer service oriented. read more

Great service and super nice staff! We always come here to do our drop offs and they're simple and fast!

Always fast and efficient even though the line appears long. The staff is also really friendly and competent!
