My organization was hosting our annual Women's Brunch and needed a new banner. his ad caught my eye because of the same day printing. The fact that he printed same day quickly enticed me. Mike was very patient with me despite my 1000 qestions and a few issues with my image being too small. in the end he produced an amazing 8x10 Banner that superceded my expectations. His work is great. I host approximately 5-10 events a year. He has a customer for life. L.A.C.E.S. INC as well as the other organizations whose logo were on the banner were pleasantly pleased with the work. Very bright and on point. We love Liquid Dreams Printing. Long story short I asked for a specific size to be printed but the owner Cheryl printed her own size doing what she wanted to do. And when I asked her what can be done to fix it she got really nasty with me and hung up the phone , when I called back her response for hanging up on me was I was being "frustrating" how? Because you made an mistake. I asked for a refund she told me to deal with the bank I asked to speak with Mike ( which I heard nothing but good things about ) she said he was out sick. I'll never go back to this place for anything SORRY. I feel like this being an owner of your own company you have no right speaking to your customers in a nasty tone regardless of the situation. I worked in customer service for a long time and I understand that customers can be annoying and frustrating but I've never took my anger out on them. She's needs better training.

He refused to do the job that was asked of him and kept dumping the responsibility on other employees. He wouldn't even allow a paying customer to use the restroom, which is completely unacceptable. The only person who showed any professionalism was the woman in the back, who went far beyond her duties to help because the manager wouldn't. She was the only reason this visit wasn't a total disaster.

I asked the person who looked like the manager which drawer or tray I should use to copy the back side onto the same sheet. Instead of answering my question, he spoke to me like I had never used a copier before, telling me to "just put the ID on the glass and flip it over." I asked again, trying to clarify how to get both sides on one page, but he just repeated the same thing and walked away. So I followed his instructions: copied the front, flipped the ID, and placed the first copy in the feeder, assuming it would print the back on the same sheet. I ended up paying another 85 cents just to get a duplicate of the front side again. At that point, I was clearly frustrated. Another employee came over and told me it's not possible to make a front-and-back copy of an ID on one sheet using their machines. I asked why no one mentioned that in the first place. His response? "You didn't talk to me." Seriously? This isn't the first bad experience I've had here. A while back I asked for paper maps--the kind they used to have near the entrance--and the staff acted like I was imagining things. This location feels like it's falling apart. There's constant employee turnover, and the focus seems to be more on handling Amazon returns and UPS shipping than helping customers with actual Staples services. Then when things go wrong, they just blame corporate. Disappointing.
