Instead of answering my question, he spoke to me like I had never used a copier before, telling me to "just put the ID on the glass and flip it over." I asked again, trying to clarify how to get both sides on one page, but he just repeated the same thing and walked away. So I followed his instructions: copied the front, flipped the ID, and placed the first copy in the feeder, assuming it would print the back on the same sheet. I ended up paying another 85 cents just to get a duplicate of the front side again. At that point, I was clearly frustrated. Another employee came over and told me it's not possible to make a front-and-back copy of an ID on one sheet using their machines. I asked why no one mentioned that in the first place. His response? "You didn't talk to me." Seriously? This isn't the first bad experience I've had here. A while back I asked for paper maps--the kind they used to have near the entrance--and the staff acted like I was imagining things. This location feels like it's falling apart. There's constant employee turnover, and the focus seems to be more on handling Amazon returns and UPS shipping than helping customers with actual Staples services. Then when things go wrong, they just blame corporate. Disappointing.

I was told in a rude tone, "Don't send any packages here anymore," without any explanation. The issue is that no one ever informed me about needing a mailbox or any specific rules. How is a customer supposed to know that? Instead of explaining, they chose disrespect. If you don't communicate your policies, you have no right to talk to customers like they're a problem. Won't be coming back.
