I have used MKC for years and I am always disappointed. They always take longer than have promised…read morewith low quality. I bought many things from MKC and there were always issues. I got a zip up that was needed for my little's reveal and almost didn't come in on time. I had to constantly be emailing and saying I needed it by a specific date, even if it costs more. When the zip up did come, it was missing half of the customizations and they refused to offer any compensation, besides a refundfor the ones they forgot to add. I got my little a jersey and the custom fabric is $30 for each side, amounting to $60. It is ridiculous, but i did it because no one else has the specialty fabric that can be used on our letters, and I really do like the specialty fabrics. I luckily did not have a rush on it, and did some customizations at a different greek apparel store, so I didn't have any issues until I got it. The quality was extremely poor for the amount of money that was spent on it. There were lose threads, the fabric wan't flat when it was sewn on, and overall it looked /messy/. I got my other little a jersey from another Greek apparel company and it was much better quality. Now, I have recently ordered two line jackets with just a few customizations. Their production time was listed as two weeks. It was ordered 2/11. It is now 3/5. The jackets have not even been shipped out yet. I do not mind it it takes a long time, I completely understand because it is all customized, however, I would just like to be told if it will take longer than expected. I asked when I first placed the order i asked If I can receive the jackets by the first week of March and they said it was "possible". Why would you tell me it was possible if it wasn't . It is not even shipped yet. I like the look of MKC and how they make the letters, and there are also not many greek apparel shops to choose from, but I think the pro's are outweighing the cons at this point. I recommend literally any other custom greek letter company over MKC Threads.

I was not happy and contacted them about it BUT to be honest I did not give them nearly enough time to respond. I wrote my review within 15 minutes of sending them an email. I have since received a response from them with 2 different resolutions to this situation. They even offered to send me a shipping label to return BOTH bottles for a full refund once they receive their bottles back. As I said in the original review, I've done business with EMW for 10+ years with no issues and I guess my expectations were high and I overreacted. My apologies to the whole team at EMW, these people do a great job doing what they do. I actually still have (actually my wife has it) the very first bottle that they did for me. They couldn't engrave it, so they did a label and to this day people comment on how good it looks. They even did the bottle that I gave my wife when we got married. She won't drink any of the bottles that I've gotten for her. She says that they look too good, and we only display them. Sorry for the bad review I left earlier EMW.

When I arrived at 1 PM, the bottles were still not ready. At no point did anyone contact me to update me on the delay, despite knowing that I had a long journey ahead. While I understand that unforeseen issues can arise, the lack of communication is inexcusable. Upon my arrival, I expressed my frustration, and the staff called the owner. Unfortunately, the owner responded by yelling at me over the phone, which I felt was entirely inappropriate. I ended the call, as I was simply seeking a resolution, not an argument. To my shock, the owner subsequently instructed the staff not to complete my order, leaving me with only half-engraved bottles. I have been incredibly patient, understanding the potential challenges of the holiday season and the electrical issue they experienced. However, this experience has been far from acceptable. It is clear that customer satisfaction and professional communication are not priorities for this business. I strongly advise against doing business here, as they have demonstrated a complete lack of respect for their customers.

Bianca and a young man assisted me. They had their hands full on this particular day as the store was receiving a ton of traffic. They managed to help everyone out in a timely fashion and answer all questions so kudos to them for that. Now, back to these here cases. *rolls eyes* It was so hard making a decision! There's so many fonts, colors, emojis, and styles to choose from. Finally, I decided on my initials with one emoji. In 5 minutes my case was done! I was so excited, I failed to examine it. Part of me felt I didn't have to though. These cases aren't cheap! I was by no means expecting Otterbox protection but damn, can two initials and an emoji last more than 2 days and be centered properly? I bought my case on Saturday.
