After engraving, the glasses had visible cracks, and when I went to gently hand wash them, they completely shattered. Not only did I lose 4 Tiffany wine glasses, but I also paid $120 for this service. Very upset with the lack of responsibility and poor customer service.

They have you wait in the lobby because at the current time, the building is having trouble with the elevator (does not work most times, and they have to use the stairs to gain access to their shop on the 50th floor). They offered several types of fonts, and I thought they did a great job with my engraving. I was really pleased with it. I will say the only negative was it's one set fee- no matter what you have engraved- $75 seems a bit overpriced.
