My organization was hosting our annual Women's Brunch and needed a new banner. his ad caught my eye because of the same day printing. The fact that he printed same day quickly enticed me. Mike was very patient with me despite my 1000 qestions and a few issues with my image being too small. in the end he produced an amazing 8x10 Banner that superceded my expectations. I'm all for supposing local businesses but this local business is NOT to be supposed. I reached out to them to get a backdrop done for my God-Daughter's birthday party. Long story short I asked for a specific size to be printed but the owner Cheryl printed her own size doing what she wanted to do. And when I asked her what can be done to fix it she got really nasty with me and hung up the phone , when I called back her response for hanging up on me was I was being "frustrating" how? Because you made an mistake. I asked for a refund she told me to deal with the bank I asked to speak with Mike ( which I heard nothing but good things about ) she said he was out sick. I'll never go back to this place for anything SORRY. I feel like this being an owner of your own company you have no right speaking to your customers in a nasty tone regardless of the situation. I worked in customer service for a long time and I understand that customers can be annoying and frustrating but I've never took my anger out on them. She's needs better training. read more

My organization ordered a Step and Repeat from here for our 20th Anniversary gala. As a non-profit and because we were using them for the first time, Mike and I went back and forth a few times about the product, quality and purchasing without seeing a proof. His customer service was great and he was very helpful. We received the order and it looked fantastic. Our logos looked wonderful on it and the material was very durable. Unfortunately, while setting up for our event, we put up the Step and Repeat only to notice that the stand was not strong enough to hold it without duping drastically in the middle. Knowing we couldn't order anything to fix it in the short amount of time, we worked on it for over an hour then pointed it out to our photographers, just in case. Luckily, they are incredibly professional and able to adjust the lighting and take pictures without the wrinkles showing up behind the people being photographed. After our event, I contacted Michael to let him know about what happened and to see if there was a resolution for when we used the Step and Repeat again in the future. He responded that this was the first time he'd heard of this issue, which is good for everyone, and that he would refund us for the stand. Although we bought the product for our gala, we had (and still have) every intention to use it again for other events. And really at the end of the day, getting a good step and repeat is the hard part. Because we received such good service, we would absolutely recommend them to other organizations. read more

I found Michael online after a certain online printing company printed a bar code on the FRONT of the vinyl banner I ordered from them (they immediately refunded me because they knew it was an issue, but weren't able to print without it. WTH?). The banner I got from Michael was of much better quality and I'm proud to use it. I will go with him for all my large format printing needs. The only downside is that I had to pay someone Michael referred me to to turn my vector image into a PDF, but she was nice enough to give me a discount since it was a simple job. read more

Working with everyone at Liquid Dreams Design was so easy and stress free! We had an event on Tuesday and decided to get an 8x8 step and repeat printed with two logos on Friday afternoon. Monday morning rolled around and we got our proof. We had a few changes to the design and unfortunately the person responsible for changing the designs was out for a family emergency. Somehow Liquid Dreams pulled though and managed to make all the changes we needed and still printed and delivered the whole thing by 11:30am the next day!
