I'm sorry to have to deliver such a negative review. As a way to support local business I chose print by pop as a alternative to Sicker Mule/Vista Print/ other alternatives. I asked to have 200 stickers printed, the pricing was fair, the timing was good and i was very excited for my order. When I went to pick it up, the colors were all wrong. All pinks were purple. I notified the printer and they agreed to reprint, saying they identified the problem. It took them a few days, and then came the fiasco of coming to pick up the stickers. The hours were sporadic and delivered over text. It took them three days for me to just say, drop them at my apt. And when they did, i unfortunately found that they had not resolved the issue and instead created a new one. All pinks had an orange tint this time. Rather then get closer to my design, there was just a new problem. I'm glad I had no time crunch for this, but now I'm left with double the misprints and a bad taste in my mouth. read more

After using Popular Printing ( Print By Pop ) for many years as my printer & marketing Go-To guys for services such as the design of Business Cards, Flyers and Post Cards for mailings, I recently had a need to up fit my Retail Store with Graphic Design using Vinyl Signs & Graphics. I had an idea of what I wanted so I gave "Steve" a phone call... After 5 minute conversation with him, I was convinced my plan of action was completely out of wack when I heard what Steve had in mind. I was totally confident after that conversation that I had to put my trust in his hands and he would take my business in the direction I wanted it to head in. Although he didn't make me feel stupid for planning the course of action I had planned, he heard what I wanted to achieve, asked me for my budget and some very short period of time for him to form his own plan of action for my business to head in. I was very impressed. He asked to trust in him and his advise so I did. After I did I Was & Still am very pleased with the quality of his services and products he provided for me and my team. Instead of hearing how "Sorry he was the pricing had come to more than anticipated and that the timing was off and would take longer to attain what we needed" or how poorly the products were that his company provided us ~ The whole experience was totally opposite. The pricing was just about where he quoted and to my memory I think he came in under budget, the turn around time was faster then he had quoted since he had overseen the project personally, the products he provided for my Storefront glass windows, Wall Graphics and Banners were fantastic. Great Branding source!!! Small business' like mine have very limited ad budgets and can't afford to waste money on serves that won't be effective. Print By Pop Gets that!!! I introduced a friend and business acquaintance who is a Multi-Store owner and now is very happy using Pop for his larger scale operation as well. These guys are great, they design and print all of our business related literature and advertising material. Steve is a very nice guy and gave us a heck of a deal Sebastian does a great job at graphic designing, and Dominic is very nice and helpful processing our orders.
