As a customer that actually paid money, I should have given them 2 stars. But because the man who helped me was very nice to me, I'll round it up to 3. I feel bad giving them a negative review because it seems like a family owned business (assuming because I saw a child sitting in a staff seat playing with their iPad) but I'm really torn. I requested a long sleeve with a printed photo but they didn't have a long sleeve in stock by the day I needed it. So they offered a regular t-shirt. Which is totally fine! I honestly did not mind. I paid $17 for a t-shirt with a photo printed on the front. With all the high ratings of this place, I really had high expectations. Most t-shirt printing places I went, printed my shirt on the spot and I was able to pick it up within an hour or less. This place made me wait 2 days. Not sure why but that wasn't a problem at all for me. They told me they were able to finish before the date due. Once I got my shirt from the store, I was so excited to pack it up into a gift box for a friend. Until I saw random black dots on the printed shirt. Other places completed my custom shirts less than an hour, made my shirt perfectly. This place takes 2 days and has flaws. Not to mention, when I got my shirt, it was all wrinkled up tossed into a black bag. If you're wondering how the flaws look like, please look at the photo I attached. All the t-shirt printing places I been to that I would recommend are located in Queens, so I don't want to suggest anyone another location that is really far from this store. I do not recommend unless you're willing to risk a chance of leaving disappointed. read more

I needed a t-shirt printed ASAP and these guys popped up on Yelp. We messaged back and forth via curt email replies tantamount to pulling teeth, and they finally let me know they could do same-day printing and the prices they quoted were reasonable ($17/shirt), which was exactly what I needed. At some point, they kind of stopped responding (right when I was ready to buy), so I called and they said the guy I was emailing with stepped out. I left my number and told them to call back that night and they never did. So I decided to just stop in the next day. The space is what you'd expect in a print shop (a messy basement with a ton of printers). I dropped off my designs and paid. I actually brought my own t-shirts because they were wishy-washy over email about the fit of the shirts they had in their shop (I guess in hindsight, I shouldn't have paid full price, but I forgot). They said the shirts would be done in 3 hours and they'd call. Sounded good. Except they never called. I rang them up 3.5 hrs later and no answer. Stopped back in (almost 5 hours now) and they hadn't started my order and said they need another half hour. Should've let me know, guys. The shirts were done 40 minutes later and the quality of the prints was good, but I can't recommend them based on their crappy communication. read more

Probably the worst customer service AND printing I have ever experienced in my life. As someone who frequents print shops due to my line of work, I can easily say this is by far the worst when it comes to customer care and producing quality products. I sent large prints here, only to pick up terrible blurry images. When I asked if the file was low-res they (two of them) immediately raised their voices at me saying "that's not my problem" "I don't look, I just print" "oh well" "we don't have to do anything for you" "we're a print shop, we don't check your files" ???????? Please tell me another print shop you know that doesn't check files & ensure they're producing the best quality work. I left with a half refund because I stayed after they yelled and refused to work with me. Needless to say, my files were fine and were printed elsewhere with people that don't yell at customers. Also, I know this place is cheap but if you need quality-- Brooklyn Archival is the best in local business if you have a lil extra spend. read more

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to print 1 page from an email. The woman working there said she could do it. She gave me the email and forwarded the page. I then waited 10 mins. She didnt tell me how long it would take. Or the price. I love family owned businesses but dont handle family business during business hours. The woman was attending to her lunch and her nephew more than her customers. After waiting 10 mins I asked what the hold up was. She told me there is something else printing and id have the wait until its done. She did not tell me how long the wait was. I asked how long was the wait she told me there is 100 pages left. I asked her what that meant and she said id have to wait another 10 mins. I left. I dont plan on returning. I can find somewhere else to print that has half decent customer service. read more

Very short, and I felt like the didn't really care to service me, I walked out and I went to NYC Fast Printing! Really very disappointed - I live in the neighborhood and wanted to shop local, but everything about their customer service was dismal. First I called to get a ballpark figure, and the woman on the phone told me to email the design to their email address and they would quote me a price . Then came the awkward lag times in answering emails...even if you don't know the answer, just assure the customer you haven't forgotten about them - I honestly felt like I was *pestering* them for answers! I got the feeling from the emails that it wasn't the same person, but why wouldn't you either pass it along to the original person handling the order, or inquire/take over in a professional manner? After 5 looooong days of back and forth questioning and not even answering my last email, they lost my business. Lame. read more

Needed to make T Shirts for an event within a week, I messaged them my design, instructions, what I wanted, colors, etc through yelp and within a few minutes had a reply for them as well as an invoice. I was able to do this all online, including pay the invoice and four days later was at their workshop picking up my shirts. Shirts look exactly as I wanted them to, were extremely affordable and was not ruined in the wash. Thanks guys! read more

This place was great.. I literally called on a Tuesday to get two T-shirt done and needed them by Friday. the guys were super responsive to my Yelp messages as well as my phone call. My t-shirts were pretty simple with an animal rescue logo on the front as well as a website but the quality of the shirts and printing was great.. Horrible! Called spoke to a woman asked her if she can have 100 business cards printed up in less than a day. She agreed, she told me send her an email which I did with the business card ready & to be printed. Asked her in the email to let me know when I can pick it up. She didn't respond to the email, I then called twice after and got no answer. Idk why I even tried after seeing the reviews from others about communication. Yelp Review This was the worst customer service experience i have Ever had. I checked out their work and reviews prior to contacting them, so i assumed everything would run smoothly. I emailed them to let them know i was having a grand opening for my business and i wanted to know the turn around for projects. I was told 1-2 business days and i asked if it could be shipped as well. They told me i just have to pay ahead of time, i paid and never received a tracking number. So i contacted them to get a tracking number and they proceeded to inform me i have to come pick up the item. I reminded them that i asked for it to be shipped and they told me they never agreed to ship it and i would have to come to brooklyn to pick it up. I reminded them that i had emails that clearly stated they would ship it. This is beyond an inconvenience because i live 1 1/2 hours away from this location. The fact is the item normally cost $98 and i paid $180 because i was misled and told that price included shipping which is in my emails and then told personally that price did not include shipping. They then had the hubris and audacity to stop responding to my emails. I called and asked to speak to a the manager. I was put in contact with the owner whom i felt didnt seem to care about what i had to say. She let me know she will call me back in 5 mins. After waiting 45 mins i called back and was immediately sent to voicemail only to find their voicemail box was full. Needless to say i was beyond frustrated at this point. I let them know i will be contacting my lawyer from here on out. Suddenly they emailed me back and wanted me to meet them at the last stop on the 2 train in the Bronx. Now i dont know these people and that didnt seem like smart business tactics. I emailed them to let them know my dad will pick up the item. I had my dad go to Brooklyn early Saturday morning to pick up my purchase. He arrived at 10:28 and was told it will take 40mins. Keep in mind i ordered this monday and was told 1-2 business days it would be ready and it is now 5 days later. My dad came back an hour later and was told it was STILL not ready. My item was finally ready at 2:10 which was 3 1/2 hours after my dad arrived at their shop that initially told him 40 minutes. This is beyond unacceptable. This is a classical case of EXTREMELY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES. They where never ready to ship my item, nor had it printed and i paid 5 days prior. I never received an apology nor a refund for my shipping or money for all the mixup. BUYER BEWARE!!! read more

The service was outrageous downright despicable. From beginning to end. The shirt was not executed at all the way I wanted. Yet I still thought I could managem with the front not being how I wanted. But unbeknownst to me, when I turned the T-shirt over, the shirt was wet and stained on the back like curry. I brought each shirt to them on separate days . So you mean to tell me that the shirts I left you the two shirts I gave you , one on Monday and the second on Thursday that I stained it both .When I left the shirts in their possession it was stainless . Cut the shit and own up to your fault . We both knew that I did not purchase them stained . They were highly unprofessional screaming and cursing at me . I did not come to argue like I said a simple apology ! these people were unapologetic and rude and need to take a lesson on business management because regardless customers "always right "and again a simple apology for all the inconvenience ! They handled the situation totally wrong I've seen past reviews and their known for leaving miscellaneous stains on items but I looked past it . I looked past all their flaws right from the moment I walked in and seen a small child crying and spitting up on himself . I gave them a chance because I support small and most importantly black businesses within my neighborhood. Icing on the cake was in the whilst of the screaming match they told me not to come back . Got in contact with NYC Fast Print for some stickers which we were supposed to be selling at an event. Our timeline was tight as we were traveling through, but they assured us the job could be done by the time we needed. When we showed up at 11 am to pick up our stickers, they were only half printed out, and not cut out. It took them 3 hours to print just 2/3 of the stickers, and we had to cut them out to save time. We left with only 2/3 of our order filled, and agreed to come back and pick up the rest. We ended up 3 hours late to our event, got to sell nothing, and did half their work for them. 2 days later we came back to pick up the rest of our stickers. This time they were ready but still not cut out. They handed us a sheet of stickers for to cut once again, and one of the sheets was not even die cut per the order. Although they gave us a 20 dollars back, that covered none of the money lost by missing out on our event due to their poor time management, and lack of finishing the job we paid them to do. I was thoroughly disappointed in the job they did and would not recommend anyone using them, especially if you're in a time crunch. Extremely unprofessional. read more
