I was referred to this company by a print shop that couldn't take on my project because of the low MOQ (I only needed a sample in hopes for a larger production). I saw that the shop was near my home so I gave them a call, spoke to Isaac the manager and they told me they could complete the job. I sent them over a mock up that I created and they gave me a quote. I emailed them for their hours of operation and they replied saying Monday - Saturday. Cool. Red Flag 1 I arrived to the shop on Saturday to drop off my shirts, assuming it was regular business hours, but no one was there. I called several times and no one answered. I was confused, but I happened to be in the area anyway so I didn't take it as a waste of a trip, and understood as a small business, shops open and close as they please. Is it right? No. There should always be communication or a sign on the door, but I didn't make a big deal out of it. Red Flag 2 Monday rolls around and I called them so they can know that I was coming in later that week. I arrive at the shop and upon entry I realized it was a bunch of "hype beast" "cool guys" running a print shop. I was a bit uneasy from past experiences with workers like the ones I just described due to the lack of professionalism but I decided not to judge and to give them a chance. I triple asked if they can provide the same prints based on the mock up I provided (please keep in mind I didn't have to provide a mock up: that's not my responsibility but I knew exactly what I wanted). Issac said yes, and it would be ready by the end of next week. So I paid and left. Next week comes around and everything is quiet so I email Isaac and ask for an update via email, and he replied saying he will let me know when my two shirts that I dropped off last week will be finished. I said "Ok". Now Friday roles around and I'm ready for my shirts because I have a shoot I need to coordinate and I call the shop. Someone answered and said the shirts are ready so I drive over there to pick them up. I see one of the shirts and it looks good but the second one wasn't the same dimensions as the mock up I provided. I told the guy who printed the dimension error, and he gave me a blank stare so I said "It's okay, I'll chat with the manager, Isaac". Red Flag 3 I emailed Issac on Friday immediately after picking up the shirts with my concern and he ghosted me. I then followed up with him on Monday and he replies (please see the email response below). Long story short, they didn't take accountability for their wrong doing and decided to provide "standard dimensions" than the one I literally created for them in the mock up without my approval. I kindly requested a partial refund for the one shirt and he said "No" and ghosted me for the second time lol. This is my honest experience and feedback. Again reference the email receipts. I wouldn't recommend this shop, especially as a woman because they're going to rush you. The customer service and communication is also poor. I wish I did more research before I committed because there are customers with similar experiences. My experience with Print Mafia was all over the place. It began with an in person consultation meeting for sweatshirt and tee shirt printing for an event that was a week and a few days away. The woman who I spoke with insured that the garments and printing would be done in time for our event, and had shared with her the info for dimensions, and the image itself to be printed. All of the information I shared with here I had to share again through piece meal emails, it became clear that she up-sold us on the garments and those garments did not coming in time for the event, I then had to pay for additional in house garments to have products in time for the event. At this point I was speaking directly to the owner and appreciated him working with me to ensure we had products for our event. Once the up-sold garments came in, there were 12 teeshirts that were not with the rest of the garments, and not known about until I mentioned them. I was told they had scanned images to print before and they came out well, so I brought 2 pieces of art to be printed. I got 2 invoices for this printing, $300 difference between them. They had charged me for an additional 14 garments, and when I notified them, the invoice went down to the exact number as the 1st, which was questionable. The overall quality of the prints was below average, the lines are warped and not straight, there are bleeds of color around the edges, the color is washed out and faded on some garments and they are very inconsistent. read more

I visited there last week. I explained to the guys working what my vision was and only had pictures on my phone to work with as my designs weren't finalized. You couldn't ask for more better service than I recieved. They were very attentive and pointed out EVERyTHING that would be needed and showed my some tremendous samples of previous work. They do it all puff print oversized etc and have a price list for dtg and screenprinting services. They DON'T upcharge on tees either. Going back next week to put in my order read more

I was treated with dishonesty and carelessness and have never been so blatantly, shamelessly ripped off. Also was told it was my fault that half the prints were placed incorrectly (?) and ended up with hundreds of dollars worth of useless material which they refused to reprint. When I tried to resolve the issue mgmt was condescending, impatient, and doubled down on pretty obvious lies. read more

I needed a rush order for a company event. These guys are amazing! They responded to me within and hour and we got the order finalized before the day was over. 1 day later my 50 t-shirts order was completed. I couldn't be happier. Print Mafia un-doubtly saved the day. read more
