Dan, the shop owner, patiently and kindly guided us through the process. Dan made us feel at home, and carefully ensured our poster templates were made correctly. Thanks to him our posters came out great despite us being total novices at this. TIP: I would advise you to have some poster ideas before arriving. You will want to spend your time here choosing and arranging your letter templates instead of brainstorming some ideas.

Unfortunately not many in NYC possess excellent customer service skills. Here's my story.....I needed baseball shirts personalized for my son's themed birthday party. I provided Alex with the dry fit baseball jersey's and the design. He completed the design within a week but had an issue with one of the shirts. Two designs printed onto one shirt. He immediately called me and asked where I purchased the shirts. He then searched at several locations to replace the shirt that was printed improperly. When I picked up the shirts the following day I was not satisfied with the outcome of the shirts. There were areas on the shirt that were faded and were not to my liking. I called Alex to share my concerns and he immediately advised that he will be right over. When we met up he immediately apologized and took responsibility of the discoloration on the numbers on the back of the shirt. He explained that the machine was having difficulties printing on the back of the dry fit shirts and the color may have been the issue. He advised me that he will fix it and asked me what would make me happy. We agreed to me repurchasing the shirts again bringing it to him and he would reprint all of the shirts. He did not charge me for the remaining balance and even added a color to the shirt that would have been an additional fee. Within 24 hours he called me with the new shirts and hand delivered it to me at a convenient location. I highly suggest supporting Uno Group. Alex is extremely nice, flexible, professional, and has impeccable customer service.

He explained clearly how we can work together, gave me a clear picture of how I can take my ideas from sketches to production with 3D Brooklyn, and frankly went above and beyond to share his experiences and insights on product design and the industry.
