I booked the delivery date in advance and kaiyo gave me a 4-hour delivery window, which they made it on time. They sent me a notice through SMS 15 mins prior to their arrival as well, so I had enough time to prepare. The items arrived, and the staff brought it up to my apartment (building with elevator). They unwrapped it and were very friendly at any point when I wanted to examine the items. I looked through everything. Even the coffee table I bought with the condition 'gently used' looked like new-ish too. Very very pleased. The pickup and drop-off were easy to schedule, prompt, and the guys who did it were happy to work with us to get the position just right on reinstallation.
