The A/C does not work in many offices and nothing is ever done to fix it. Instead of providing air conditioning, management offers free conference room hours as restitution while the in-office temperature stayed at above 80 degrees for weeks. The printers are often down or out of ink. They sell your information. They steal security deposits. They aggressively pressure tenants to leave positive Google reviews. No amount of free kombucha is worth having to deal with bad wifi or bad people.
