Negotiations with Asi, the owner, were very professional and respectful. We came to an agreement with ease, and from then on out Asi was extremely accomodative. We had about 60 people there, a couple kegs and mixed drinks, and we played music for about 2 hours, ending the live music around 12 in time for a count-down. Then we switched to playlists of music and general dancing around. There was plently of room for everyone, could have had more peolpe, and we had a blast. This is a very versitile space and I hope to do something similar there in the future! Thanks Asi!

I hosted my first ever event at Loupe and I just want to say -- I am absolutely beyond satisfied…read more My event would not be as amazing if it was not for Frankie, her partner, and Loupe. I booked Loupe Studios for a party/exhibit event and immediately was hooked because of Frankie's amazing customer service. She is very communicative and helpful at every step. And her and her partner made the space look absolutely gorgeous for the event--every guest was raving about the space. And for New York (esp. in a prime party location like Bushwick/East Williamsburg), it is impossible to find a high quality but affordable space like Loupe. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to throw a party or event.

5/5 recommend KAI Studio!…read more When we pulled up I thought surely, we're lost. This building certainly cannot be it. We're here for the big pardee! The building appeared new or well maintained but also looked sealed up like nothing ever happened, nothing was happening and there will be nothing happening. We were approached by a door personal and when he drew back the drapes I was blown away! The space is huge. Huge and immaculately kept. It didn't appear to be decorated for the specific event we were there for however, except for maybe a colour theme, you definitely won't need additional decorations. With their zen motif, special effects lightning and the efforts of Josie and her team it's already gorgeous. The win (for me) is there's an art gallery upstairs adjacent to the DJ booth. Absolutely calming even while everyone was booging to the sounds of DJ *The Nubian Experience* downstairs. There was also a wonderful live band. So sorry I didn't get their name but they did not miss a beat. Literally haha. Sak pase!? Their extremely cute rustic styled bathrooms upstairs and downstairs lends a serene vibe. Catering was provided by Savvy Bistro Restaurant and the food and desserts were amazing! If you're looking for an event space in Brooklyn, I highly recommend you give Josie a ring. You will not be disappointed! The End.
