I did not think this was possible, and only had a few hours to get this done. I could not believe the exceptional care and attention they gave to this project. Jimmy spent a great deal of time to find a trophy image for the shirt that was identical to the trophy won by my friend. He provided exceptional advice regarding the design of the shirt, the selection of the precise metallic color for the letters. And the Wow! team created this shirt while I waited. When I did a Google search, Works in Progress popped up and I was immediately drawn to their mission to provide internships to NYC high school students where they can get a hands-on learning experience and engage in all aspects of the business. Since discovering Works in Progress, I have placed several large orders with them because of their dedication to the community and to provide a quality product. Communication has always been easy and smooth, and they're great about providing product options that fit within your budget and style. My most recent order was for my 40th birthday. I wanted some tank tops, some v-neck tshirts and some regular tshirts (all different sizes). They were more than willing to accommodate all of the different styles and sizes, and the turn around time was quick. At the time of ordering, they'll always let you know when they need your design and quantity so they can ensure you get your product when you need it. I usually pick up my orders in person, but they can also arrange for a messenger or other delivery service that is then billed back to you. I reached out via IG as the project I wanted was not listed on the site. I wanted customized pillow cases for my upcoming vacation. All in all, Andre responded to my inquiry the same day AND get this?!......... the total price was super affordable. I purchased 2 satin pillow cases via Amazon and provided Teez Cafe with the pillow cases for the customization. He pulled up my project on the screen to allow me to make any additional edits, etc. Talk about super accommodating. I paid $30 for 2 customized pillow cases and he accepts cards. One thing I will add is appointments are mandatory, no walk-ins! Especially since its a black-owned business and sort of hard to find. But it's totally worth it. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention it took him 3-4 days to finish my project AND once completed delivered it to me in a nice tote bag. I'm sure he has tons of other complicated orders to fulfill. So we named our trip OTR 2 Disney (on the run was the tour name). I ordered the shirts well into advance for my trip, and was happy that it was ready right on time. There was a little mixup with the shirt when i first went to pick it up, it only had the OTR on it. I informed Gary of the mistake, and he ensured me that he can fix both shirts within 20 mins if i don't mind waiting. I made sure to explain i wanted Disney red (the red that is the same color as Disney) along with an official Disney logo so it doesn't look cheap, and he did exactly what i wanted. Also, he does all sizes. My sister is a small, and i am and XL to 2x and we didn't have any issues with sizing. The tshirts fit perfectly and they were super soft as well. (Score!) All in all, i would highly recommend these guys (Ben and Gary) for any custom items.
