I just wanted text on some tank tops (which I bought myself) and for 5 lines of text on the front they charged $20- ok fine. Then for one line of text on the bottom they charged an additional $10. Yiani and everyone over here are fucking awesome; They work hard to please their clients. They've been making our basketball jerseys for the past couple years and the turn around time is generally a week or so. BUT we needed one in two days and they made it happen! I'm a sparkly kind of gal so they showed me a couple options for lettering that embodied the glitz. Now keep in mind this was all on video chat so the final product was still a mystery. The entire process took about 1 hour .When I got my Top I was 100 x 100% happy .They were able to put "Birthday Girl" in Big beautiful letters as well as incorporate my company tag "Pen Up Girl" in small letters . They were patient and Fast. Not certain if they were particularly cheap but you certainly get what you pay for and I will definitely use them again for custom business items as well as fun personal designs. My first time using BCCO NYC was a year ago, for a custom tiger print on a tank top I purchased. It was a special design, made to glow in the dark after being exposed to sunlight for a period of time. I couldn't believe the speed and perfection of the design given the short turnaround! I was very pleased with the results, and I still use the tank top which has held up pretty well with continued use. I used them again recently for another tank top print, this time for a Dominican flag. I was pleased yet again, the design came out perfectly printed and ready to wear within a couple of days. I am planning to use them again for a new design I want printed on a polo shirt. I contacted Yianni who is always friendly and professional. I don't plan on using anyone else. My visit to BCCO was an absolute nightmare. --Arbitrary and deceitful pricing --Inability to perform the most basic functions of an embroiderer --Unwillingness to work with a customer towards a solution I originally came upon BCCO while searching for a place that could monogram duffel bags for my wedding party. It was a fairly simple job, and reviews of BCCO suggested that this company was competent enough to complete it. I spoke with a rep on the phone who quoted me a price of $15 per bag for a basic 3-letter monogram. The rep assured me that they'd be able to take care of everything. Alas, I did not get the quote in writing but the terms were immediately relayed to my fiance electronically for approval, so the record of the quote exists. A short while later, I brought the bags to the BCCO office to initiate the job. If you are foolish enough to employ BCCO, make sure to ask for an appointment or otherwise expect to wait for about an hour in the queue. While I was waiting, the hostess came over to inquire, somewhat suspiciously, if I had communicated with the rep by phone or email. Upon saying that I had spoken on the phone, I was asked if I had received a price quote. I said that I had, and that I was told it would cost $15 per bag. The hostess then went to speak to her manager, who anonymously relayed that the price would be $25-$33 per bag. Doubling the quoted price for simple monogramming after I had traveled crosstown to visit the store is disingenuous at best, and more appropriately considered predatory. Shortly thereafter, I was assigned to a "designer," who disinterestedly showed me the "standard" font options, none of which were simple block letters and most of which didn't seem particularly appropriate or useful for "standard" embroidery. I asked to see the full alphabet in each of the "standard" fonts and was told that they weren't able to show that to me. I was subsequently told that simple block letters (think Arial font) would qualify as a "custom" font and cost a non-negotiable $33 per bag. Needless to say, I said "Thanks, but no thanks" and walked out. I'll give BCCO the benefit of the doubt that they may be somewhat better equipped to handle fancier, custom print/embroidery jobs. However, buyer beware as they are clearly making up prices as they go along and will not hesitate to price gouge if they think they can get away with it. Go anywhere else but here for basic embroidery jobs. read more

The customer service there in BCCO is terrible. I had an consulting appointment yesterday with Emily(one of their representatives). In 15 minutes she didn't even smile for a second. It was sure that she didn't love the job that she was doing. She was repeating: do you have any other question all the time. She didn't even care about me. I asked about 10 times if she could give me a quote for a specific service but she never told me that. She said send an email in our page. I was there talking to her, she was repeating send an email. Ridiculous! If you plan to go there to discuss your project don't waste your time. They don't care about you. read more

Yianni helped bring my Halloween costume to life. I came in after emailing him a few days prior (another great thing about BCCO - they actually respond to their emails). He pulled up the images I had emailed him and and quickly resized and adjusted them after measuring the garment it was to be put on. He was meticulous and excited about the project. He works quickly and precisely. I was in and out in less than an hour. I would take off 1/2 star if it were possible to do on Yelp solely because of the overly cluttered office. The space was small, cramped with 5 male employees and had a dorm room/hoarder's episode vibe to it. Had it not been for Yianni's enthusiasm and BCCO's awesome reviews I would have turned around after opening their door. I'm never happy with my service providers (lawyers, doctors, contractors etc.) but I know exactly who I'd go to for screen printing/vinyl needs - yianni and the rest of the BCCO team. They are responsive and transparent - they aim to give you exactly what you want. I sent them 100 tote bags and they were absolutely amazing with my never ending feedback and questions. When it came time to pick up, the box ended up being larger than I expected (and heavier) and Yianni personally brought the box down for me and loaded it into a cab (while waiting with me for a free cab). Cannot emphasize how great they are. I now understand how a screen printing shop can have 5 stars. Will definitely recommend yiannis work and go to bcco for any future needs. Had a little over a week to print a bunch of shirts for an event. The print itself was basic but we needed shirts in grey to match other items for the event. After initial back and forth emails including the artwork exchange and agreement of timing, I didn't hear back for 4 days. When I finally followed up, they said that the rest of my emails had gone to the spam folder (?) and gave me a quote per shirt but only for shirts in other colors, as they no longer had time to get them in grey, and they would "wave the rush order fee" for me as well. It was only a rush order because they forgot about me, but the quote was also several times higher than the other places I received quotes from, leading me to believe that they were still upcharging me for the rush despite it being their mistake and being whatever style/color of shirt they had lying around. read more
