When I mentioned it, Yianni took the time to review the image I sent and went above and beyond by recreating the design to ensure a much cleaner, sharper print. I love the final result, it looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with both the quality of the work and the customer service. Big thanks to Yianni for the extra effort--highly recommended! I was printing a batch of fantasy world map posters, and he helped me figure out the right process and pick the right paper--a gorgeous, heavy, watercolor-feel stock. I get almost as many compliments on the paper quality as the art. :D When I picked up my order, I found that Gregg had printed 280 maps instead of 200. That's one hell of a Baker's Dozen! The price was very reasonable by NYC standards and the turn-around time was commendably quick! Highly recommended.

I was walking my dog Gerbert so only had my credit card and keys on me, and Delroy actually waived the dollar temporarily (too low for a credit card purchase) and said to come back and give it next time. Upon arriving at the address listed on Yelp and their website (which is a multi occupancy office building) - the doors were locked with a nondescript intercom system. I called them to try to figure out how to get in. Nobody picked up, but the message proclaimed that they were 'open and operating but couldn't get to the phone.' I wandered around a bit more and found the REAL entrance, located at 520 8th Avenue. I went to check in at the security desk as required, and was turned away by the security guard because apparently, they are appointment-only. That seems odd for a supposedly 24 hour establishment. I did not see this on the website, nor was it mentioned in their phone message. Long story short, wasted so much time going to this place, trying to get in, trying to get a hold of them, trying to get past security, and with nothing to show for it. Will not be trying this business again.
