There were two employees working- I spoke to the woman. After she told me she wouldn't be able to do the leaves, I asked if she had any design samples I could look at this way I can find a design I like that they would be able to complete for me. She replied with "samples of letters?" in a way that made me feel like I was stupid for asking such a question- kind of in a wise as* way. After that interaction, I decided to leave. They clearly didn't want to work with me, she was rude to me, and had no customer service skills. Also, their display items show embroidered hearts and other symbols so I truly believe my design choice could've been done but they just didn't want my money or business.

While 2 came out crooked but passable, the remaining two were dark and you could barely see the characters. I was assured by the young man working the kiosk that it was still "hot" and needed to cool down, the image would eventually brighten. After taking the masks home the images never did. After calling to complain the young man told me to come back and he'd make me new ones. After taking the trip back he made me two additional masks, these were different with filters. The images looked better, so I took them home. Wore the masks for 2 minutes at the party and the cheap filters on them popped right out, rendering the mask useless. By the way, the 4 cheap and useless facemasks cost me $67. pass on this place, it sucks.

It doesn't feel or look like a sticker which represents the high level quality. Their inventory of shirts, sweaters, crew necks, tumblers and tote bags are wide variety and colorful and high quality as well. Their colors on the print outs pop and look surreal. Their prices are excellent regardless the size you are making. Their turn around time is also top notch. Depending when in the morning you do before the cut off, it will be ready by end of the day if you have that last minute idea to create. More over they have expedited service for a last minute thing at a reasonable price that does not break the bank. They also have free heat press machines on sight to use after one pays for their shirts and gang sheet print outs - already set to the degree of heat needed for the press to go on the material without a problem. The best part of all - the guys here are welcoming , very kind, gentle with all of the creators that walk in, understanding and excellent teachers. Their graphic design skills are top notch. My wife worked with Josef and Akkus (hope spelled names right) and they were so knowledgeable and sweet with her. She had a problem with a design and they walked her through the problem, repaired the image but taught her how to use one of the tools they use - canva. Those are two great guys and there is no price tag for their patience. I suggest to my creative friends to use this service here ASAP. It will give you peace of mind, high quality, and save you time. I can't give enough stars to Carlos at KMC. I had a rush job of only four items that was a "time is…read moreof the essence" kind of thing. I had used someone else for years and they couldn't do it because their equipment was down. I literally opened Google to see where I could go nearby that wasn't going to be too expensive. I'm on a strict budget and at the end of the day, these items were more of a want than need. I was ready to have to just come up with some other idea. Or I'd have to try to figure out how to use the Cricut sitting in my garage for over a year (that wasn't happening). I had walked into another place the week before, and they turned me away for my small order, so I wasn't confident anyone could help me. I also needed the turnaround to be five days or less by that point, because I'd thought I'd had someone else lined up but when I hadn't heard from them in a few days, I got nervous. I needed to find a back up for my back up. I walked into KMC and Carlos was immediately friendly and ready to help. I showed him what I needed and he said "no problem". Then he asked if I wanted some extra stuff done that I wasn't even going to ask for because I figured it would add difficulty and expense. I did want that though so I said yes. I said cautiously, well, yeah, no problem, but how soon can I get them? He just laughed and said - "I can have them done by tomorrow". Tomorrow? Ok, but how much? I braced myself. Well, he was way less expensive than any other place quoted me for less work. I was ecstatic. It was just such a pleasure working with him. I was curious what kind of machine he used just because I'm a geek like that. I have a lot of this stuff for work reasons but don't have the time to learn it. So he showed me and explained it to me and even told me where to get supplies (also never going to happen). I don't think someone else in his business would have been so forthcoming. But you can tell he just likes people, likes to help, and acts like there is room for everyone. I've used one person for like six years for any customization who I also found on a whim, so I've never had to investigate finding anyone else or pricing anything out so I didn't even know current pricing for these kinds of jobs. But small businesses go out all the time and it's always great to know more people who might have a business you need. Carlos will be my main guy now for any customization needs. He does it all- silkscreen, vinyl, DTF transfer, embroidery. He has items to print on or you can bring your own. True to his word, I got my stuff back the next morning at 11a when he opened and it was perfect. I can't post pictures of them because they are a surprise gift. But I did take pics of his shop and some of his items so you can see what's going on in this little place on Lincoln Ave. Had no idea he was so close also- I was able to run over there in minutes. He's just really chill and my stuff came out better than I could've expected. I highly recommend!
