He helped me pick the best format and materials for printing, tweaked a page layout to make it work for the print job, smoothly added a last minute change to the file, and made sure that the finished pieces were delivered right on time. Although his quoted price was competitive with the local big box office store, he was much more flexible when it came to print capabilities.
