Inquired about a rush order September 19th and worked mostly with Victor via email and phone calls. Victor was helpful in discussing my options with signage and we finally confirmed an order on September 21st. In this confirmation, I reiterated that this was a rush order and I'd need the item delivered across the country by the 27th. Victor assured me that this would be taken care of and shipping would only take roughly 2 days. I followed up multiple times requesting an official processed invoice and shipment/tracking info and eventually a different associate, Kym sent me my invoice and confirmed shipment but did not send me any tracking info. On the 27th, I called the company to request an update on my delivery and Kym sent me tracking info that showed the package was scheduled to be delivered by October 2nd via ground shipping. When I spoke with Kym, she informed me she wasn't aware my order was a rush order (the subject line of my entire email thread that she was looped into has "RUSH ORDER" included) and that there wasn't anything she could do since the order was already on its way. She didn't offer any additional customer service or apology so I asked to speak with Victor who didn't have much of a better response. He first questioned if I ever disclosed when I'd need the item delivered (I sent him a screenshot of our email where I specify 9/27) then he said he's surprised it didn't make it from New Jersey to Washington via ground shipping yet. I emphasized that it's across the country so I wouldn't expect it to be there yet. After much back & forth, he finally agreed to overnight a decoy of my sign since I needed a placeholder asap with free shipping but did not offer any type of discount on my original order. Wouldn't suggest this company to anyone that expects it to live up to its name of receiving Signs By Tomorrow. read more

This has to be one of the most unprofessional places I've dealt with. I was quoted by Joseph the owner 250 bucks for lettering on my truck. Now the day of he changed the price. He had his secretary call and tell me that it's 50 dollars more. Hearing him yelling in the background...what happened to being considerate to your customers? I knew he did a bait and switch on me. How come your right? I'm a business owner as well I deal with customers everyday!!! Since he was in the process of doing the lettering I said fine 50 dollars is gonna going to break me because I'm not greedy like that. Tell me why after that phone call he decides to rip all the letters off the truck???? Fucking dirt bag. And the rest of these reviews are fake just take a look these people barely write reviews only when asked. I'm upset because that's not how you treat people I work hard for my money to give it to a piece of shit company that can barely keep their doors open good fucking luck. Joe from Signs By Tomorrow did all the vinyl printing for my race car that I run at Orange County Fair Speedway on the weekends. They absolutely killed it with the quality of printing. Everything was printed on 3M vinyl material that is tough and strong to withstand the abuse of weathering and wear and tear. There was an issue with my graphic files, but Joe, Victor and the Signs by Tomorrow team were able to re-render the files all to make them compliable and clear to fit all of my body panels. Not to mention, I needed to have all the vinyl done within 48 hours, the team did a great job by living up to their slogan. I was able to apply all the vinyl decals and have the car lettered for practice that weekend. The car looks beautiful and its all because of them. Thank you guys for your hard work. read more
