There are no word to express my thanks to Jimmy Kim and the wonderful team at Wow! Custom tees! I called on Saturday at 11:00am to ask if there were any way of getting a custom tee-shirt to celebrate a friend who had just won 1st place in a US national dance competition. I did not think this was possible, and only had a few hours to get this done. I could not believe the exceptional care and attention they gave to this project. Jimmy spent a great deal of time to find a trophy image for the shirt that was identical to the trophy won by my friend. He provided exceptional advice regarding the design of the shirt, the selection of the precise metallic color for the letters. And the Wow! team created this shirt while I waited. I saw this company in a Twitter promo and ordered a shirt from them. Now, a month later and having not heard a peep from them I cancelled the order on their web site. I received a response that the order was "in production and could not be cancelled". I responded with they could not charge until the product shipped. The next response I got from them was it would be shipped within the next 10-20 days. So it could be up to two months before one receives an order from this company. Now I'll have to file a PayPal complaint. I'll use a credit card for sure next time. read more

I needed a custom job FAST...36 hours fast! Jimmy was great and understood exactly what I was looking for with the T-shirt design I mocked up. I called to order 25 shirts for my company and they agreed to have it ready within 24 hours. 24 hours later I call to see if it's ready and each employee gives me another excuse as to why it's not ready. I emphasized time is of essence (flights and conferences involved) after THEY gave me THEIR word. But their word is as good as nothing! When I voiced my complaint, Aaron and the female receptionist shut the phone mid conversation. After spending $400 and 30 minutes on the phone with them concerning the design, the time by which it should be ready, the failed. Also, they did not only fail, they called me back and forth like 7 times with different timelines it could be ready throughout the day but it was just to keep them busy. They Obnoxiously failed. They did refund me but they cannot refund the time wasted on my part. If you want normal costumer service, deadlines they obey by, and finished product, go else where. Because Wow Custom Tees is "WOWWWWW HOW TERRIBLE CAN WE BE?! " Save time, order online, or go to a big name franchise. They are a scam. But more importantly, a waste of YOUR valuable time. read more

I am thrilled to find a local to-go place to make customized t-shirts. There are of course a lot of online options but I've always been wary of the quality of the shirts and level of customer service. This place is the best of both worlds. You can design your own t-shirt, onesie, or sweatshirt (it seems like they are adding more products all the time) on their user friendly website. If you have any problems, you can call them and they'll walk you through the process, OR you can just tell them what you want and a specialist (a real person) will work with you directly on the design. I couldn't believe that they have actual graphic designers helping me! The end product was amazing - the quality of the t-shirt was higher than expected and the design came out flawless. It was looked better than a t-shirt I would buy at Abercrombie and at a fraction of the price. Best of all, I love supporting local businesses and talking to real people. I will be making a lot of cool customized onesies and t-shirts for my friends' kids. What a gem to find in midtown Manhattan. read more

The customer service is fantastic! I ran into the store 15 minutes before they closed hoping to get a rush T-shirt printed and though they said they couldn't do it they took pity on me and did it anyway. They stayed past closing and didn't rush me either when I was a bit indecisive on what font and design I wanted. The graphic designer told me no rush it's ok and helped me put together something I loved! I will def go there from now on for my printing needs but I'll be sure to get there way before they close next time. read more
