I've never written a Yelp review before but I had such a good experience I had to vouch for these guys since there are such mixed reviews on here! I needed to print a large 24x36 art piece for a client on short notice and emailed NYC Fast Print for a quote. They got back to me immediately letting me know what paper they had and how much it would cost. They also were the only small, affordable print shop that didn't have a problem with the content of the piece (it's a nude drawing). Went there the next day, and the print was done in under an hour. When I went back to pick it up, I noticed there were some small smudges from someone's hand on the print, but when I showed them they immediately reprinted it for me to perfection. Don't let the slight disorganization of the storefront deter you, or the few bad reviews. These guys know what they're doing and they care about good customer service. Let me start by thanking the young lady with the dreads nazzi I think....i went into this printing shop the first time around for a regular print black and white which only cost me 10 Cents!! 10 cents! after seeing some finished work she was doing I decided to come back again to get some t shirts done and flyers printed for an upcoming event . As expected I was impressed!! the quality of the shirts looked as if I bought them from a high end store I even got orders from people to buy my shirts!! who would've thought!! she was attentive to my needs and demands and I got just what I wanted but better for an affordable price from the paper quality to the customer service was great I'll definitely be back again with alot more work!! read more

NYC Fast Print is superb. It was a pleasure to work with Nazzi and G, sister and brother who owns this wonderful establishment and works together to get the job done right the first time. The vibes was right and as soon as you walk in you feel special. They did a perfect job on the 43 T-Shirts and 6 hats with the design coming out amazing. The are professional, respectful, courteous, and down right wonderful at their jobs. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for superb printing job. While going for a joyride I noticed this store and decided to take a peek in. I walked in and was helped immediately by a man sitting on the back right of the floor plan. I originally wanted to just look but I walked him outside to my bike and explained what I wanted him to do. He told me to come back in an hour. Called on Tuesday to get a rush printing of 4 large posters. The cost was very affordable so we were worried that we might be "getting what we paid for". But then it was delivered to our office in Manhattan on Thursday afternoon and we could not be happier with the quality. We received 4 beautiful posters for the office and will definitely be going back for the next time we need something of that nature to be printed again! read more

They printed the step and repeat as well as the t-shirts for my company event. They are really reliable and true to their name they deliver their service quickly. This place is great. I contacted them for an emergency same day T-shirt print for the groom of a wedding and they were able to do it for me SAME DAY!!!. They guaranteed it by 5 and even emailed me at 2:30 saying it was ready for pick up.
