Keith was absolutely amazing! I had received advice from family that we shouldn't fret too much about invitations and in a way I somewhat agreed. I wanted our wedding stationary to get the guests excited but not too over the top since we wanted the wedding to be a big celebration. I initially was browsing some existing wedding invite options and most of the layouts and ideas are too generic so I decided to go with custom made wedding invites. I came across Keith's profile on Yelp and decided to reach out. His responses were super quick and so I quickly made an appointment with him to discuss everything my husband and I wanted for the invites. I would assume our project was relatively challenging because it's a destination wedding in Santorini, and we wanted to have the Greek/Asian culture, the views of Santorini and our pre-wedding photos added to it. We were so overwhelmed at the beginning because we had so many ideas but don't know how to put them together. Keith is very creative and knowledgeable about his work, and most importantly...he's incredibly patient. =) He will patiently listen to what you want first then provide feedback on what are the pros and cons or the best way to go about it in terms of pricing, space utilization, time line and overall outlook with different combinations. As you know, planning wedding is super stressful especially when a couple has different opinions on things. I really don't know what I would do without Keith. The invitation process went really well and the invites turned out amazing as you can see from the pictures below. We chose Metallic paper with foil stamping which made the invites look super high-end. A couple months after we sent out the invites, we decided to use Keith again for our program, menu, table numbers and escort card (tiles). Seriously, we received soooooo many compliments about our wedding stationary. They all turned out so beautiful and I can't be happier. The most challenging part for this whole process is that when we decided to custom made the menu in NY, we weren't sure about the entrees yet and so we didn't finalize the menu until my husband and I were physically in Santorini. We arrived Santorini 6 days prior to the wedding for menu tasting. The timeline was super tight and we weren't even sure if this is going to happen because the same day as soon as we finalized the dishes, we had to send info to Keith immediately so he can put them in and print them out. Keith has been extremely helpful and went above and beyond throughout the entire journey. In the end, he was able to get everything printed out within 2 days and delivered to one of my husband's groomsmen the night before he took off. I am not sure if anybody has ever had this experience before, but this clearly shows me Keith really cares about his clients. There is so much I could write about how thrilled and satisfied my husband and I were, but I will stop right here and to sum this up... You will not be disappointed with Keith's work. We were a bit cautious at first, since we worked with a more established, bigger company for our Save the Date but had a terrible experience. But needless to say, Keith was absolutely fantastic. Keith personally met with us for the initial consultation where we hashed out preliminary thoughts, and then he began communicating with us actively to provide his own personal expertise that best aligns with our vision. For instance, Keith recommended that we turn our RSVP cards into postcards instead of including a separate envelope for them with a return address. He told us this is more trendy with couples today and also will save us a lot of money. This advice already told me that Keith was not in this business for the money, but he really cares and prioritizes customer satisfaction above all else. Overall, I would summarize my experience with P8per Hearts as follows: - Great price point: We spent about 50% less on our invitation PLUS rsvp cards than we did on our Save the Date with the other company we used previously. - Very responsive: I don't think there's been a time when Keith didn't reply to my email within 1 hour. In fact, there was a time when we had emailed him at 2AM and he still emailed us back within an hour! Keith was a pleasure to work with as we planned our wedding this summer. After ordering custom invitations from a letter press designer we were obsessed with, we hit a road block when it came to printing gorgeous envelopes to match our invitations (so much for trying to save money). What we ended up doing to ourselves was delaying our invitations because we couldn't find high-quality matching envelopes. We tried to work with two local printers, and one calligrapher to print white copy on black envelopes-- but the cost was either too great or the timing prohibitive. We had our wedding in October 2013 in New York, Queens. I did not have any clue on how I wanted our save-the-date cards or wedding cards. However, my husband, on the other hand, had many ideas. We absolutely love our invites!!! Prior to meeting Keith, we had gone to a few shops in Chinatown to see if they could create the invite we had in mind. None of them could explain to us what Keith was able to explain re: paper quality, ink, print. When we met, he brought with him a number of samples so that I could actually feel the paper and the print, as well as see the color of words printed on different types of paper. He also gave us a number of economical options so that we could stay within our budget. For instance, instead of using gold foil, which would've been much more costly, he suggested a color that resembled gold....who would've thought?! When the invites were in, Keith met with us to show us how to assemble them (we chose to do this on our own b/c, again, we had to stay within our budget). It was actually a fun process and I had a small team of people help me. I was so relieved after meeting with Keith. He made the invite process so easy and fun. I wish I had gone to him earlier before my first few unsuccessful attempts at other shops! One last thing - Keith created a slit in the back of our invites where we were able to slide in a bakery gift cards and/or an engagement photo. That made the invitations 10x better because now when guests opened their invitation, everything was in place and not sliding out of the card. The invite was very neat. I am very glad I went with Keith at p8perhearts to do my wedding invites. I admit they were hitting above my budget,  but I felt that invitations are the first thing people see and give the first impression of your event. His designs are unique and beautifully made.
