I typically email them rather than placing the order online, as they give the exact details for any order (typically with their suggestions), like lamination, glossy vs matte, etc. Even though their services are for rush-prints/as they are marketed, you would need to specify the exact date and time. The print orders are high quality, though! It can get pricey at times, but I'm not sure if this is because I am rushing all of my print orders or whatnot. Overall, I would recommend ordering from here! I made a comparative test and gave the same image for a custom designed holiday card to 3 printers, Shutterfly, Unique and Print Mor. Print Mor was clearly the best in quality of printing and price. Unique 's image was too dark and the price was a quarter more than Print Mor. Shutterfly was adequate, but limited in choices and since it was mail order, no sample to check. Print Mor was not only the best quality and reasonable price, but easy, fast and responsive to work, with .Victor who provided a sample and adjusted anything needed and did it quickly. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PRINT JOBS. They lie and mislead. I sent them a print job on Feb 11. After many excuses they kept taking jobs on their website but 3 weeks later asked me to go t a FedEx or UPS because they were having issues with print jobs that were getting delayed. Their website says "rush custom printing same-day". Do not believe it. 3 weeks later, multiple emails and calls later, I still don't have my project. Please go elsewhere. Which is a shame because the first time I spoke to someone else, I got my portfolio printed and bound the same day. But speak to Victor, and he just isn't friendly and keeps making excuses. Print mor Super disappointed... my 75 year old father went here to scan a painting onto a USB drive... he doesnt know much about technology and so the owner of this place took advantage of this to squeeze as much money out of my father, charging him $10 for a scan onto a USB! I was outraged when i heard this as would anybody else would be too, so i thought this better be the best scan in the world... it ended up being the worst! I got to the Swatch store and found a fenced in set of steep stairs with a sign for Print Mor. I was a little freaked out but I really needed the copies. Print Mor Copy Shop is top notch for awesome customer service, great prices, good quality printing, and the ability for fast turn around printing when needed. I've really found a good print shop that I can rely on. So far I've had a run of business cards printed here, and most recently, an emergency last minute run of 4" x 6" greeting cards with envelopes that needed rush next day delivery to a location out of state. Victor is a pleasure to work with, and I find that each time I send a quote request on the website and then follow up shortly with a phone call, he has already read the request and was ready to tell me pricing and next steps. When a rush project has to go out the door quickly and in the hands of a client, I am usually nervous to not see a printed proof beforehand to check colors and quality. With this recent rush project, I had to just rely on a digital proof to sign off on and hope that the project turned out as expected. When my client received the cards the next day, she was ecstatic about how great it turned out. She took a picture for me and the product was as high quality as I expected, just as how my first print run with the business cards turned out. Prices are very very reasonable, as well. I am a graphic designer. I walked in yesterday to get 10 pages printed for my portfolio (So I needed quality). I always lean to good costumer service, this place was reviewed as both. Quality and good costumer service. I had the worst costumer service I had ever gotten in any printing service. The asian woman said she would take 15 minutes and If I couldn't wait I should go and come back or just leave. I said I would wait. After 20 minutes I asked her how much longer would it actually take , she yelled at me back saying she was busy with other stuff and my stuff was on line. If I wanted it she would cancel it and I can just leave the place. She basically kicked me out andI told her she doesn't need to yell at me and that I had gone there because of the good reviews, she ignored me. I waited and after 5 minutes she gave me my printings. They were ok, nothing out of the world and not bad either. I also asked her before if she could cut them or if she ahd some machine to cut them all at the same size. She responded very annoyed that she doesnt and If I wanted that then it would cost $1 extra for the cutting. I said ok since I trusted she would do a better job at cutting (the lighting was dull) but she argued with it saying This is the cute that I would use, you can also try doing it yourself. After the way she treated me I had no trust on letting her cut my printings. She clearly was on a horrible mood. No manners at all, only rudeness. Of course I would never want to be back there. The location is also very weird, it is on an office on the 7th floor on a building that it is even very hard to find. Also only PC users, the computers won't open Mac hard drives, or u can also email the file! so make sure you drag your Mac along with you if you want your files to get to their computers.... We ordered our embossed business cards and are very impressed by quality of their service and finished product. They are professional, efficient and fast! Even offered to deliver cards once finished because our business location was close by. All we had at first was just a handwritten sketch of our idea on a piece of paper. Luke who is their graphic designer on-site helped us developed our idea and did artwork for getting the best solution possible. Other printing shops we visited while we were comparing and researching either requires us to have our artwork done ourselves (or using our own graphic designer which we didn't have) or didn't do embossing. I had the terrible experience with this shop, Lucas who I believe is the owner, could care less about doing a good job and making sure the customer is happy. I sent in a business card order, approved the document he sent me, I stated this was something I need rushed so I paid extra for shipping. When they arrived, the color was completely wrong! He did offer to fix it, but it took another week or so to get it back. These business cards shouldn't have been shipped to me in for first place, WHO IS THEIR QUALITY CONTROL? A BLIND PERSON? Oh and he shipped the correction Ground, because god forbid spend $5 to give the same priority of shipping that the customer requested. When I pointed out that he should have rushed the shipment considering $5 would have made their customer a lot happier. His response: "No Problem. I learned about Print Mor as they offered to do some work for my daughters' elementary school. They did such a nice design job on a yearbook page (and very reasonably priced, with quick turn-around) that I inquired about their design offerings for holiday cards. Sure enough, they were happy to oblige. On both projects, I worked with Juan for the design, and gave him some direction on what I wanted our Christmas card to look like. The scope of the project involved some silly/creative photoshopping to some family pictures. Juan was able to add in his own creative flair to create a delightfully whimsical Christmas card for our family, at a reasonable price. Initially, I figured we would let Print Mor handle the design, and then do the printing through Duggal (where we've printed our custom cards in the past). However, knowing that Print Mor is obviously known for its printing services, we decided to give them a shot. The result was a great, matte-finish, 14pt Christmas card that I cannot wait to mail out! Juan recommended we use their standard size for the prints, which was slightly smaller than the 4x6 cards we had printed in the past at Duggal, but this really helped keep the cost down.
