Came here 4 times. All this 4 times I late to my work, because waiting until they will be open, schedule shows from 10 am but they Coming 10-30 -11am, each time same thing. While I'm waiting I see at least 30 people Coming for service and returns back. I saw how USPS and UPS truck with delivery with 10-15 packages came and they are close and they returning back. I imagine feeling of that people who where waiting that packages. I saw it 2 times . Often when I come to this place during their regular work hours (during the day), they are closed without any signage of when they will be back. Sometimes I have to go there multiple times hoping that they will be open. Today I was doing groceries across the street and saw them finally open, decided to pick up my package from Amazon. I walked in, the guy showed up and said that he can't give me my package 7 minutes before 9 because they open at 9. Well, maybe you should lock the door then so that I don't have to stop, pay for the parking, walk across the street to not get my package. And, btw, my workday starts at 9 as well, so you will have to mail my package back to Amazon, which I am totally fine with. But i will make sure to give badly reviews to all my family members and friends for this customer service. Luckily, there are plenty of drop off spots nearby with much better customer service. read more

This is my go-to place for Amazon and Zappos returns. I always come with packages labeled and taped, and it takes a second to leave them for UPS pickup. Last Friday though, right before leaving for work, I realized it was the last day to return 6 pairs of kids shoes. I didn't have the time to print all the labels and only had 3 boxes. When I arrived, Yakov said he'd take care of everything. He printed out the missing labels, got extra mailers and packaged everything, all under 5-10 min. Thank you Yakov and Postman Joe! read more

Avoid at any cost. Place operated by a bunch of a a very pretentious obnoxious kids that don't know a basics of a customer service. Shooing rate is significantly higher then any other place in the area - probably to abuse those unfortunate that don't have enough English to shop around. However the biggest issue is your package will never get to you - by some miracle when they have to deliver it's always "undeliverable" and you will have to interrupt your day and pick it up ! I filed a few complaints - hopefully they will loose some contracts on the basis of liability for the shipments read more

I wanted my monitor to be deliver to my house, but i can't becuase i won't be home to accept the package. Therefore, when i was ordering from the newegg site, it gave me an option to be deliver to a UPS ACCESSPOINT store. So i chose this one due to obvious reason (i live nearby). When i went to pickup my package, the front desk guy asked me for my license. I gave him it. HE took a lok at my name and he was like 'that's 3 bucks for you". Before i even said anything, he asked me "Why did i choose his store." I was confused. I chose it becuase it's an UPS accesspoint and i wasnt home to accept the package. HE told me 3 bucks due to safe keeping. I was like, WTF. It's an UPS ACCESSPOINT and he told me a bunch of BS which i cannot recalled. Before I left, he stated, next time, do contact them by phone first. I have never heard of this before and i have never paid anyone for safe keeping for an UPS ACCESS POINT. I hate to argue and i'm not going to argue with anyone. Gave him the $3 and off i go. I was just going to say, I am sure as hell aint going back to that place.
