The employees work as fast as they can, but you'll often end up waiting 10+ minutes Store hours change all the time with no warning. The hours on Google are often inaccurate and no one picks up when you call the store. Even worse, they frequently close during hours they're supposedly open. There's no warning or notification posted anywhere, you just find out when you show up with heavy packages and see a dark store. I've complained to UPS corporate multiple times and have never heard back. The owner clearly doesn't care about reliability, customer service, or the employees. UPS should shut down this location.

I called out from work so I can be home for this package. Last package was delivered and sign for while I was at work. Got home 7:30 in morning no package. I know from working for a company that uses deliveries services of others that sometimes the driver will release the package and keep it on truck for a couple of days. But if you'll not going to be on time at least update the customer, cause if I didn't call out this package probably would've been left outside and missing by morning.
