I use this shop regularly. Last week, they were suddenly closed on Sundays. So I tried to come a different day...but Google says they're permanently closed. Undeterred, I see that they're still open today for another 23 minutes according to Yelp, so I called to verify if they were open and what their hours would be during the holiday week (4th of July is midweek next week; this is the weekend prior so it is possible to be closed for an extended holiday). No answer, no answering machine after many rings. Is it possible this successful local staple of the neighborhood has suddenly, permanently closed?? The closest UPS stores are in Bay Ridge near 90th and 2rd, and Sunset Park at Ft Hamiltob and about 65th near Three Guys. Those are not near eachother, nor are they close if you live in Bensonhurst or Dyker Heights. I hope that they reopen for convenience sake! read more

I just bring my boxes with the return labels and they seal them up for me in no time. They usually charge me about $1 per box, I get my receipt, and I'm done. Always seamless and friendly service. If you forgot to print your return label, no problem. They can print one for you on the spot without a wait. read more

They're a drop-off point for basically all services. I was selling something on Amazon and stopped by here to drop off my package. It took all of 10 seconds for them to scan it and give me a receipt. I had my labels pre-printed and everything taped up, which made it faster, but they can help you out with all that too. Nice guys! read more

Best place to do fedex! Small shop crammed on 13th avenue in Dyker Heights, the workers behind the counter are very nice and fast with your orders. I think they mostly sell T-Mobile phones and products, but i go here only for the fed-ex convenience. You will get a printed invoice with your order which is helpful. read more

I wish I could give this business a negative star review. The owner or manager, I believe his name is Manny is just a nasty man. He is abrupt and usually does not want to answer any questions and rushes you out of the store. He claims that his prices are 10% less than the regular UPS prices but in fact they are way more I did a comparison. I was too lazy to hook up my fax machine so I strolled on over here instead and paid a simple buckaroo for the fax (which they also provide the confirmation page for). Service was quick and friendly. I see that this shop has a perfect rating so far, and I'm here to keep it intact. This store is a Godsend. You can't imagine how many envelopes & packages I've dropped off here. There are generally two workers there, and they're both friendly & nice. Parking can be a bit tricky, as it's a busy avenue, but I normally just run in as it doesn't take long to get service. Giving a 2 star because it's too early to give only 1 star. Needed to meet a deadline and was so excited to see the shop was open, to only get there and it was closed!! They do not open at 9am, they actually open at 10am. I understand not all stores open so early but am so annoyed to have wasted my time going there with the expectation of getting what I needed to be done. Offer more expensive way automatically and never consider to help you save money. Limit you from choosing best price which is available from online, especially when you have to mail internationally. That is not like domestic, a huge difference between different choices, $17 online only but much more here. Create a cheaper shipment online and wait for pick up without wasting your time for bringing your heavy packages and finding out more expensive services. Wow! Was dreading going through the whole deal of signing up for a new plan & getting my son his 1st phone. Well I could not have went to a better place. Daniel was SOOOO unbelievably kind funny knowledgable & made it a great experience!! I fully trust him & will be going back to do add ons to our plan. I believe Gladys is the manager. She immediately began helping Daniel locate the phone that he was able to talk to our 11 year old better than if I had given him a script to read off of. She ran out & returned with the phone! AMAZING customer service!!!!!!!! I am so happy to know that there really are good people in the world. T Mobile is very fortunate to have the employees they have working for them in that location. I have been going here for years usually it is a good experience however, this time they broke the pattern. I shipped items with them just about two weeks ago and had no problem, I went back today with the same two packages (Weight, Size & to the same destinations) and the price doubled, not to mention they decided to charge a $1 drop off fee for a pre-paid box. The guy showed me the sign that says that is policy, I asked since when? and he said since we opened. Well I guess they just choose when to actually charge it since I did not have to pay it last time. The place is starting to go downhill I suggest you stay away before you become their next victim.
