It has helped me manage my package deliveries ever since--a necessity because of the high rate of delivery theft in downtown Brooklyn. Management here is friendly, thoughtful, and professional. Some staffers are better at the job than others, but overall I've been very happy with their service and attention to detail for several years.

They are not only unprofessional but also incompetent. The employee Sean was condescending and dismissive to me from the moment I walked in. I guess it struck a cord with him when I told him to please be a gentleman, because he threw a fit and refused to complete my return. When I asked him why he was refusing service to me, he could not provide an explanation and was stumbling over his words muttering under his breath about how "you know why" and "you're being rude". I've contacted UPS headquarters and the BBB and will continue seeking a resolution for the gender based discrimination I encountered here today. What he did was not only shameful, but illegal, and I fortunately filmed the interaction, and have supplied the footage to the concerned parties for review.

The moral of the story, if you have to go here make sure that you print your label beforehand because you might have to pay $$7 plus tax for the shipping label and packing slip if they don't print it double-sided.
