    Often a line and 1 person working so it can get backed up but the workers are usually pretty efficient They do charge for them to use a piece of tape. For example, i needed 1 more piece across and they charged me a few bucks. I understand if they had to package an entire box. But for 1 piece? That's pretty lame in my opinion and petty by either the management or employees

    Arrived at 8:58. Opened at 9:00. Was the 10th person online. Out by 9:17. Not bad. Very efficient.

    Lots of shipping options so pricing is reasonable. They have a lot of packing supplies for sale, too.

    I needed something printed last minute on a Sunday morning, and almost every FedEx Office location…read morewas closed until the afternoon. I found ABG Print on Yelp and headed to their location. Upon arriving at the address listed on Yelp and their website (which is a multi occupancy office building) - the doors were locked with a nondescript intercom system. I called them to try to figure out how to get in. Nobody picked up, but the message proclaimed that they were 'open and operating but couldn't get to the phone.' I wandered around a bit more and found the REAL entrance, located at 520 8th Avenue. I went to check in at the security desk as required, and was turned away by the security guard because apparently, they are appointment-only. That seems odd for a supposedly 24 hour establishment. I did not see this on the website, nor was it mentioned in their phone message. Long story short, wasted so much time going to this place, trying to get in, trying to get a hold of them, trying to get past security, and with nothing to show for it. Will not be trying this business again.

They have FAR exceeded expectations. They're always on time or early, they have handled all our requests with professionalism and good humor, and the staff is THE NICEST I've dealt with in a while. I have countless examples of them going above and beyond! I can't recommend them any higher.

    I placed an order through their canadian site and got sent a paypal link in USD. I paid the order…read morein CAD, and then noticed that the email attached to the PayPal Account is listed as being outside of the US, even though they are now stating that they are a US company. They emailed me back saying they would like me to send $85 more dollars canadian, and I told them I wouldn't as I thought I was being quoted in Canadian dollars. Steve then emailed me back stating they would honor the $265 price in canadian dollars, and then I replied back that I would like to cancel the whole order less then 3 hours later. Steve then told me that it was in production and that I would pay 50% to cancel the order, even though we never came to an agreement on payment terms. After going back and forth fruitlessly, I attempted to get a hold of a manager or a customer service representative. Please see the chat log below.     BUYER BEWARE VERY DISHONEST COMPANY DO NOT USE.. I was looking for presentation folder for my…read morecompany. I found this company on the internet. I put all the info I needed to order 3000 folders in there website. The price came up as $1814.18. I contact the company to find out how to send the design for the folder and to ask about if I needed to pick it up in Vancouver to save on shipping. I told Steve Davis what I needed. He came back and said that it would cost $3288.21 + HST for the folders. I said it was cheaper online and he said that it was probably a online special. I had saved the order for $1814.18 on my computer and put it through. They charged my credit card 2050.03 that included HST. The order was on hold so I contacted the company and they said there was a security breach at PayPal and the order was cancelled. He said that I could place an order again. This time the price came up to $3288.21 not including HST, with the exact information. I contacted the company and they said they would not honor that price because it had expired. I contacted PayPal and they said there was no security breach and the company had forced a refund. I have all the documentation if any one wants to see them.
