When I asked him why he was refusing service to me, he could not provide an explanation and was stumbling over his words muttering under his breath about how "you know why" and "you're being rude". I've contacted UPS headquarters and the BBB and will continue seeking a resolution for the gender based discrimination I encountered here today. What he did was not only shameful, but illegal, and I fortunately filmed the interaction, and have supplied the footage to the concerned parties for review.

I expected to pay a price. I did not expect that price to be $3.50 per page. Luckily, the setting was set to print on both sides minimizing the paper. I have gone to other UPS stores and paid for my label to be printed. I have NEVER, EVER been charged the high price that I was charged here. The most I've paid so $1, which is a fair price. The moral of the story, if you have to go here make sure that you print your label beforehand because you might have to pay $$7 plus tax for the shipping label and packing slip if they don't print it double-sided.

A couple of weeks ago, I went to the Myrtle location and seeing the long line I decided to cycle over to this location to drop off a UPS package on a Thursday for an overnight. It wasn't scanned until late night (obviously missed the overnight shipment) and it arrived at its destination on Tuesday! Why??? I remember I specifically inform the attendant that its overnight and he said it will arrive tomorrow. Yeah right.. All the frozen home cook food I sent to my mum was bad when it arrived. The next time was when I arrived about 40 mins before their closing time and they were already closed... being pissed off in the heat with a mask on and after checking, again and again, their hours online & at their location... prompted me to search for other options and voila, I learned of the existence of a UPS access point locker close by. It got picked up the same day and arrived the next day. I'm not going to stand by a business just because it's local & small but its a hassle for me. The person who was helping him, though she also looked fairly small, said to pull his car around, and she would bring it out for him. Just in the 20 minutes that I was in there waiting in line I saw genuine customer service for the first time in a long time. People being very helpful and nice and I didn't even mind how long the wait was because you could see that they were really trying to make sure that everyone got everything that they needed before they were done with them.
