I am honestly shocked this store is still in business. It's very frequent that they open hours late and close hours early, and sometimes they don't open at all. Weekends seem to be the worst. My best advice is don't use this location for package pick ups or anything timely- they are very unreliable. If you are local to the neighborhood it's not common to see folks standing outside the closed gate wondering why its not open when the signage says it should be. I hope they turn things around read more

BS I need to return Amazon package. Last time I went with original box they removed the box and told me i don't need them. Find! So this time I go back without box because the Amazon said no box and label needed for this item. UPS didn't except my item and tell me to go other locations near by. read more

Worst shipping brick and mortar store that exists (includes the post office)- I live in the neighborhood and I've never had a positive experience at this place. The workers literally couldn't try less hard. The place is also constantly closed for no reason despite what hours say. I've never seen anything like it truly avoid at all costs. read more

For more than three years, I dropped off hundreds of packages off at this store with no issues. However, in the last two months, I've dropped off two packages, marked to recipients that were of luxury goods, and the packages arrived at their destination empty. I am not saying any employee of this store in particular has an issue but it is obvious that there is issue with packages that originate from this store. Beware!!! read more

UPS website describing the greenpoint store's ability to pack and ship artwork: 'We carry boxes in a variety of sizes and all the necessary supplies... We can even make custom boxes and crates'. Dude behind the counter when I Uber down to the store to pack and ship a large framed photograph: 'we don't have anything to fit that'. The guy could not be bothered. read more

This place is never open on time and always shuts earlier! Stephanie - young girl in charge was rude and overcharged me for a domestic set of boxes across the country. My bf went and even asked if he could use a smaller package and she was too lazy to look into it for him. read more

Something seriously shady happening at this store. TWICE I dropped off returns to stores that sell designer goods... and both times I received an email from the store saying the box was returned empty. Once might be bad luck, but twice is a pattern. Came here to drop off a package and the people were super friendly and it was clean inside. Everyone wore masks and kept a distance. Unfortunately, their system was down so they weren't able to give me a physical receipt but they took my info and were able to send me a receipt when the system was back online. My will to live shrivels and dies when I set foot in here. I totally get that working at the UPS store isn't the dopest gig in town, but the workers give me so much attitude when I do so much as set foot in the store. Initiating eye contact feels like rolling the dice. I have to return an amazon package there today and I'm already shaking in my boots :( read more

Went in to drop off a package and to get my passport photo taken. Tyson took his time with cleaning the door that served as the background and literally shot THE best passport photo I've ever had taken of me. That--in of itself--deserves 5 stars. While I couldn't stop admiring the great job he had done with my photos, I did notice how clean the environment was and how everyone practiced social distancing. Kudos! read more
