In the past , I have had Kirk assist me ,as always, so helpful,polite, and friendly . I always leave here as one satisfied customer. Years ago I used to ship my packages to my brother in California thru Staples as they had a shipping area there. I hated the process in which to do this,as you had to manually type all the information in a form then get serviced by rude personnel that worked there. I am so glad that I found another shipping store which made shipping my packages so much more enjoyable and less stressful as Staples was. This is why I continue to keep going back to Qwik Pack and Ship, am always finding the cost of shipping my packages so reasonable, always less than what I expected to pay., as always am one happy customer.

The front desk staff was kind and helpful. The store was neat and organized and smelled nice too. I was able to email my label to them and quickly got the label printed for my package. It has been three weeks and my package was not delivered because FedEx states that this business has an unpaid account balance and is holding all their packages in a warehouse until it is resolved. I contacted this business and was told that the issue should be fixed in 1-2 months. Which is ridiculous. I asked to speak to the manager, Casey, and was informed that she only comes in on Fridays. If their FedEx account is not active, they should not still accept clients money or packages. This is fraudulent and unacceptable. I am escalating to the BBB.
