I emailed them the outcome, they asked me to bring it back to fix it. It happens and I appreciated it. I went to get it fixed and i was told I had to send it in Pdf, its not something they can do. I sent the file in a PDF form instead and I was told to come back. When I went back, they told me they were too busy to do it. They were apologetic I was asked to come back. I did and they said everyone was sick to come back another time. I cant believe I agreed to go back the 4th time. On retrospect, this whole experience seems like a huge joke. Also I was told if I don't stay in the store they will work on something else. So I stayed there. The final fix was even bigger of a mess then it was initially and I appreciated that they also saw that. I was told they don't like to be rushed. After seeing the final result that was a mess they offered to do it for the 5th time. At this point, I opted for a refund. I have never experienced anything like this before! I feel like I WASTED so much time going back and forth. I am so confused as to what is happening in there. I wish them my best. Maybe they were like this with me because my project was a small one.
