Milton and his staff are the best. You get what you pay for because they take the time and give you individual attention and they get the job done correctly and they do not stop until it is finished. if they make a mistake, which is very rare, they fix it for free. We highly recommend this neighborhood place over any chain store. if Fast Copy cannot get the job done, no one can. Great place. Now, sometimes people complain about this place that they have to pay a small fee to drop off or pick up a package from an outside carrier like FedEx or UPS when they have prepaid label, but you have to remember how expensive Williamsburg rent is!!!! and how lucky we are to still have an independent store to do photocopying, send overnight express packages, do complicated printing jobs, and always have the owner there who cares about you and knows your name. My friends, good frickin' luck getting UPS to come do a pick up in the city it's just not gonna happen. And if you go to USPS near Marcy Ave. enjoy yourself, because that is its own very specific Kafkaesque hell. After I left them a review explaining what happened, they responded with lies. They claimed I entered their store with a bike, saying they have a sign out front prohibiting bikes. But that's all false--I walked there from home. Given that their shop is called 'Fast Copy Shop,' I expected quick service. I handed them 30 pages of documents, and the staff told me, 'Oh, you'll have to come back and pick it up tomorrow.' They even recommended that I go to Staples to do it myself. Instead of apologizing, they made up stories. I don't even own a bike! I ended up walking to 'Printing Garage' at 218 Bedford, which I recommend instead. read more

The owner and his staff are just really nice, good people. They print out all of my documents for me and facilitate returns (which they don't have to do, but they do it for the community) -- and they only charge $1, which is way less expensive than other shops (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.). I have only used this place for shipping and printing a few pages at a time, but 9 out of 10 times, this is the pinnacle of what you would expect from a small business. The guy who seems to run it is professional and personable...he wished me luck when I printed a resume once. He also does little things to help customers out, like helping with shipping labels. $.25 per page for printing is a little steep if you are doing more than a couple pages, but otherwise, no complaints. read more

I had 2 options of printers to turn to and I actually originally went with the first one who was a little closer, but he couldn't guarantee getting it done by the time that I needed it. I told him to go ahead with the job anyway, but then after a while it gnawed at me that it wasn't guaranteed when it could be printed and I really wanted these posters to serve as the backdrop for my first online introduction. I decided to call Flash Blueprinting as the 2nd option and Milton guaranteed that it could be done when I needed it. He was very friendly over the phone and I even looked forward to meeting him. I called the first place to cancel the order, which was less than 20 minutes from my placing it, and the printer there appreciated that I called so quickly to do so. The printings from Flash Blueprinting came out great as you can see in the photos, but Milton also provided great customer service by calling me when they were done early allowing me plenty of time for the needed set up of my home office. It was a Monday at 7am, and I was at the office attempting to print hundreds of color copies for a workshop later that morning. But the printer, very much like my optimism, flatlined. I had moments to google a place to help me with this massive copy job, in Brooklyn, and I landed upon FBP. The gentleman who handled the request was so amazingly helpful. Not sure how a printing company in this day and age, in Williamsburg nonetheless, can run not being able to print files that were made on a Mac. **update** was asked to not come back because of my review of my experience here. funny because it's not like i lied or fabricated what happened. here is a more indepth log of what happened: I went in with my usb of 4 .PDF files that i needed to get printed. the first employee clicked around then told me she couldn't help me and the next guy was the one. Then he got up and walked away so I was passed to another man. that's fine, lets just get this job done. 3rd guy opens the files and tells me he can't print them because of a virus a mac gave his computer and his computer was the only computer that can properly process MAC files. he then instructed me to go home, email him my files and come back to get them printed. in that time i could just walk to the next closest copy shop. wish it worked out because the location of this copy store is phenomenal, service.. not so much. read more

This place is fantastic. I needed an unusual large-scale print on regular copy paper for a collage and most printing places only had expensive gallery photo quality paper/ink. I looked at several copy/print shops and none of them wanted to tell me how much anything cost (not even a range) or didn't know what they had in stock and insisted I come browse in person. The prices were decent and the order was ready in a day. I've done a few other day of print jobs and never had an issue. The man who runs the place is super helpful and not chatty. read more

I needed programs printed for my wedding day and I came to Milton after hearing an outrageous price from a different local print shop. I was so worried, but when I went to Milton, he was able to produce an elegant, well made product, that was also way cheaper!!! I just moved to Williamsburg and I have to say this place is seriously one of my favorite things about the neighborhood. I'm a frequent online shopper. I buy and return constantly. On my day's off I would spend hours going to post offices and other drop off locations and waiting on line to send packages. This place takes them ALL, fedex, ups, usps etc.!!!!
