This was my first time booking a photo service for a daycare, and from the initial call to our picture day, the service was very good. The advertisement that was sent exceeded my expectations. My site was sent two vinyl posters, along with paper posters for the inside of the building. I was able to speak with a live person every time I had a question or concern. On the actual picture day, the photographer came with two assistants. We had Radah, who was amazing. Not only did she write down the image number for each child, but she also made sure each child smiled, had a clean face (she brought her own wipes), and she also assisted with training the third person, Debbie, as she was new to the team. I'm looking forward to receiving the pictures and getting the responses from the families. read more

The manager (Radica) is such an unfair person I'm unsatisfied with my transaction with them, then when I sent my husband to pick up the stupid order they literally begged him to do a good review and demanded that they will do it for him with his phone... By far the worse and ridiculous experience I have ever had with any businesses. The lady at the front desk is very unprofessional and speaks poorly to the customers with a very nasty attitude. I'm a regular customer of Spectrum for many years, and they have always provided great quality pictures; I remembered being pregnant and wanted to have some professional pics, so I went there and was not disappointed. This is the worst place to do business. Absolutely no professionalism! No manners, no respect for customers and liars. They tell you something when you are there and give you something else. I am thinking about calling Better Business Bureau on them. their photos are very poor quality. My 5 years old daughter can do a better job. Today makes 8 days after waiting for these people to complete a simply headshot for $70. I was referred there and went. This experience was one of the worst ever! Please don't waste your time! Yes, Radica, does pressure you to write her a positive review before you actually get your pictures. She had me pay her before taking and receiving the photo. When I got it- I was so disappointed and spent the entire week speaking with Radica, Moody and Annie basically waiting for nothing. These people are the worst-never did they ever consider the fact I was in need of the photo. They even changed the color of my dress and made me look so plastic. I was offended for many reasons I won't go into. I did noticed another user had posted a warning about them as people to mislead you, but since this was a referral, I decided to give it a try. I would never refer nor recommend anyone to go there especially people of color from my experience with these people. I went with my cousin for a consultation for his wedding photography and videography. Their prices are ridiculous. Their videography charge is per hour and extra for more than one location and their time starts from the first location. If you choose a photographer package (let's say 100 pic for 1 hour) once the hour finish you can pay extra for another hour but you get the same 100 pictures ( no extra picture). They wants the fees upfront and the lady incharge ( Radica) have no clue what she is doing. She and Mody ( I think is the owner) is never on the same page with pricing. They both say differently. Once I was there and she asked me to post a review on Google and I told her later when I get home but she kept on insisting and while I was typing she stood right there, which made me feel really uncomfortable and pressured to write something positive. I kept it short and as soon I said I was done she reached over to my phone and submitted my review. I found them to be really unprofessional. Now as for the pictures and videos, the wedding was in mid August 2021 and my cousin received them February 2022. And this was after multiple phone calls and visits to the store. read more

They over charge you for everything and anything. $5 fee for download is crazy. So if you're printing 5 photos it's $25 plus printing fee.Quality is not that good. I recommend you find a ups store for your local printing. read more

I called to inquire on their prices, I was quoted such a good price that we drove all the way from Westchester. Radika helped us on the phone and was waiting for us when we arrived. They were very cordial and accommodating, helped us design the banner and were very patient with us. They also agreed to design it and have it ready to be picked within 3 days of proofing the design. I looked at the vinyl and print quality of other banners and was really impressed. I'm so happy and relieved I found them and I'm confident I'll be pleased with the final product. read more

The service is horrible. this lady Radicka was very rude , I call to make an appointment so they can take a new picture to my daughter because they gave me the picture with the wrong ugly background and of course I pay already for it , so she just told me she was busy and can't talk now, I told her I just want to know when I can go. She was like I'm busy call me later I'm busy, she didn't let me speak and hung up on me. She was so so so rude . No professionalism at all.
