I was looking to replace my favorite copy center in Manhattan-with the one in Brooklyn, in order to reduce travel time. Park Slope Copy Center is a quality printing shop, with excellent paper supplies and efficient execution. You may place your order on their website, get an email when the job is ready and pick it up later in their 7 avenue store. I only wish their business hours were extended beyond 5 PM. read more

Placed an order online for next day pick up and called to make sure the order would be ready for pick up at 10am the next day. The staff I spoke to promised that the order would be ready at that time, however when I arrived at 10:30am the next day the order was not ready and the staff who "helped" me gave me a ton of attitude. They did not tell me when the order would be ready, gave no apology for the delay, and seemed annoyed that I was even there. Luckily the order was ready at 11am and I was later helped by a more polite staff member. Between the order delay and the staff attitude I was disappointed. read more

They charge you to drop off packages. I'm back here to write an update to my review and say in addition to charging a ridiculous amount of money to have something printed this place has a fee for you to drop off your FedEx package. I feel like this is something everyone in the neighborhood should know considering there are so many free drop off locations and I've never heard of a place charging you money to drop off a package. read more

I called on Friday to ask whether I would be able to get a school project (aka my Master's thesis) bound there. The guy on the phone answered all my questions and was very pleasant about it, too. I showed up on Sunday and a woman behind the counter told me how to print out my document, what printers to use (several times, because I was a little loopy and couldn't remember what she said for more than a second) and then helped me out with the binding options. I was in and out of the shop in well under 10 minutes, and for under $10. And thanks to Park Slope Copy Center, I can graduate! read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I wanted to give it ZERO stars but Yelp wouldn't let me, unfortunately. Seriously, stay away from this place. The employees have no idea what they're doing. Horrific customer service on top of just poor quality prints in general. We totally wasted our time going to this place, which was recommended to us by Paper Source when we got our paper there to print our Save the Dates. This place ruined the nice paper we brought- the employee literally handed us two completely torn up pieces of card stock without any kind of apology or any offer to re-print them (good thing we only came for a printing test and didn't waste our money with having them print all of our Save the Dates). The manager watched this happen, quietly notified the employee off to the side that she had the printer on the wrong settings, and didn't even come up to us to acknowledge what happened or apologize for the inconvenience. It was ridiculous. Like I said- avoid. Plenty of other places to go to that are actually professional and respect their customers. I'll be sure to let Paper Source know they should never recommend this place again to their customers. read more

Overpriced and rude, bad combination. 5$ to scan one page to a pdf. read more

I was in a bind right before an interview- needed to print out some pages and thanks to Yelp, I stumbled upon this spot. There's nothing particularly special about this copy center- it's a fairly small, weathered space with a handful of apple computers for people to use/print from and a couple of copiers. First 5 black/white pages are $1.50, about $.10/page after that. Print quality seemed fine- although I found the laser paper to be a little too glossy. Thankfully there was no wait around noon on a random weekday. As someone else pointed out, there doesn't seem to be any security measures on the computers- so make sure you delete anything you don't want others after you to see. I found the customer service to be considerate enough. This appears to be the only copy center in the North Slope area (according to my frantic, last minute yelp search)- I'm sure I'll be coming back. read more

Shout out to Lauren, at Park Slope Copy Center for being the epitome of CUSTOMER Service. I go out of my way, and pay slightly more because of her warm nature, efficiency, enthusiasm, and beautiful smile. She goes out of her way to make every customer feel like the most important person in the world. I mention this because I have run across so many in customer service who seem angry to serve, and go out of their way to make it challenging to get the service they're being paid to provide. Not every job is for everybody. Those who don't like People & Service, should seek other careers. Companies responsible for hiring customer service representatives need to up their quality assurance game, and Vet better, so everyone can have the "Lauren Experience" they deserve. read more

I visit here quite frequently and I must say each time was perfect. I usually know what I need to do before I enter so it's always in and out for me. But someone always ask if you need help. They provide every kind of service you need when it comes to printing, copying, and shipping. Considering mostly everyone has a printer at home, the pricing is very reasonable. Also the quality of the printing paper is very good. I just happen to pay attention to such details. I like the vibe because everyone is laid back but not in a lazy way more like they let you do your thing and know exactly when to step in. Also there are only 4 computers for printing but you do have the option of printing from your phone. However I've never had to wait for a computer which is pretty cool considering there's only 4. read more

This place has had a real makeover been years since I've been here but the shipping place I usually use was closed for some odd reason so I walked here .My only gripes were they don't ship usps internationally and they don't put the tracking numbers on the receipt but otherwise they packed up and out my order for me very neatly and the woman helping me was good. read more

I needed a portfolio printed with a few days, so I reached out to several print shops in BK and NYC. One of the bigger, more official shops quoted me approx. $150 to print and bind a small portfolio and took several days to get back to me with the quote. Park Slope Copy Center got back to me with a quote in a few hours. They did a great job printing and binding it, and the bill came out to $45. Great print shop! read more

I think this spot has been a little bit unfairly maligned here on Yelp. If you are looking for a slick, shiny (e.g. very professional, streamlined) copy experience a la Kinkos, then you are bound to find Park Slope Copy Center lacking. No doubt about it - this place lacks finesse. If you just want to get some copies made, though, Park Slope Copy Center is just fine (if you live nearby - I would not recommend going out of your way to come here). It is not super-clean or fancy inside and the people who work there do tend slightly towards the unprofessional (though they were perfectly friendly, I thought). They have two copy machines for self-serve use (as well as several fancier ones behind the counter for in-house jobs). The self-serve copiers are kind of old and slow, but heck, they get the job done. Plus, Park Slope Copy Center has a pet cat. Now that's my kind of place! read more

This little shop is usually crowded with boxes and customers and... cats. Despite the tight quarters, there is never much of a wait. The employees are not the friendliest, but hey, if smiles and small talk waste time, by all means, scowl away. I don't want to be hanging out in a copy center anymore than they do. I probably wouldn't come here for professional client projects, but they are good for simple copies and shipping needs. Plus, 90 cents for an 11x17 transparency print is pretty durn good. $7.50 credit card minimum. But the scowling employee didn't mind waiting while I searched the bottom of my bag for quarters. read more

I love Park Slope Copy Center and use it all the time. It's pretty small, so I find it's easy to use the self-serve printer and just print off whatever I need. I went in a few days ago and got exceptional service from Stuart. He helped me trouble shoot through a couple of copies in order to get a great color copy for some last-minute business cards I needed for a big event that night. He then offered to help me cut them because I was in a rush to get dressed!! Soo sweet and definitely above and beyond service I have gotten before at other shops. Really made my day, I will definitely go back! :) read more

I am elated having found a print/copy shop sincerely worth going out of ones way! They rival the big chain printers, as per price (right en pointe!), whilst, more importantly, they are the kind of place which transcends all mortal measures. It's about a sunshiny, intelligent staff (inspired by brothers Jamie & Jonathan, I surmise). They offer a stable sense of service, . . . deliberate whilst kindly . . . right DOWN to a quick pull-up of a computer screen to help find the directions to ones next destination, and FURTHER DOWN to a dutiful cat patrolling the lower levels of business, and BACK UP to excellent quality . . . all because they know how to listen and react, handling the hilt of detail with grace, punctuality, & prowess. It is busy but never harried. It's time-LESS. It's creative, whilst genuine. For This, and more than I can mention in a quick review, I am chuffed, indeed! read more

One desperate Friday afternoon I cold-called every copy center I could find with business hours the following Saturday, for a very small order with a very small budget. Jon wrote back immediately, guaranteeing services at a very reasonable cost. I was nervous, working blind with pretty exacting needs, and no time for a proof. And the final product was perfect. Use these guys. read more

I've never had an interest in writing a yelp review before, but I feel compelled to leave some much deserved positive feedback about Park Slope Copy Center. My organization drafted a large, super important, very time sensitive mailing project. An original vendor had misquoted me a turnaround time, and I was scrambling to find a new place that could provide a quality product on a time crunch. I turned to Park Slope CC and they exceeded my expectations. I was able to receive all the necessary documents super fast, and they have all looked fantastic. I am also truly impressed with the stellar customer service. I communicated mostly with Jon and he was a real pleasure. He was patient and helpful, even after a million emails and phone calls I bombarded him with. Customer service that good is truly a rare find. I can't recommend this place enough. read more

Okay, I have to be fair. I went back to the copy center and received great service. To my very pleasant surprise, I believe that none of the employees that I saw last time were there. Interessttinnngggggggg...GOOD JOB OWNER! get rid of the dead weight! Anyway, I needed a seating chart to be printed in color and the person that helped me was very nice and very patient. Rating is going up...I hope it continues in this path. read more

Park Slope Copy Plus - GREAT PRINTING JOB! - Printing Services Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

I come here because it's better than the post office. (woof.) The people are generally quite rude, it takes a while to get served, and you have to basically ask to be helped (there's no clear line system). BUT, they are still friendlier and faster than the post office, so I'll take what I can get. The best part of the store: the adorable cats that are always hanging around. read more

I went in to ship a couple things, one with a pre paid label and one I had to get postage for at the store. Lauren was the young lady who helped me and she was totally fantastic. Super friendly, instant rapport with my girlfriend and I. She did her job highly effectively but made sure she wasn't brusque, and made me feel like a star client. I will definitely be coming back for future needs! On top of that, the store cat is so friendly! He sat on my shoulder and purred like crazy while I pet him! read more

The service here is always fast and efficient. I've always been able to have my questions answered and been treated kindly. Bonus: They have adorable cats that sit around the shop and love being pet. read more

Thank you to Park Slope Copy Center for allowing us to utilize your space to run our office. The team was awesome and always quickly turned around all our printing needs. I can't wait to get back to BK and see you guys again! Thank you! read more

One bazillion stars. This is easily the best place I've ever been to in all of NYC. I had color and b/w prints made for my photo portfolio on glossy card stock. The paper and printing was excellent quality, far superior to places I've been that charge 3-4 times as much. The computers were fast and their system for loading to the printers is efficient, again, a rarity in my experience. The store is very clean and pleasant, they play wonderful music, and the staff were all very patient and helpful. Please stay this way forever or at least until I die! :P I would go here even if I lived in The Bronx. read more

I had a rough experience with some of the employees' lack of customer service on the phone when a package I shipped through them wasn't found in the usps system, however Jon (the owner) got in touch with me almost instantly after I voiced my concern online. He went above and beyond and even overnighted a new package to a client of mine w/ a last min deadline. Jon's level of care is so so so appreciated and proves why mom & pop shops rock. Thank you Jon!! read more

A great local shop. This team went out of their way to ensure I had a good customer experience. I'd use them again.

Finding a place to print your files and actually do it right is surprisingly difficult in this city - and so its SUCH a relief to work with people who know what exactly what they're doing. Tell them what you want and they'll get it done for you, asking questions about your preferences along the way, any size job. I printed two copies of my masters dissertation here, twice (because I found typos of my own first time around) and both times walked in and out within 30 minutes. Second time around I shipped it right off through the FedEx services (and perhaps UPS? and other mailing, packing, shipping) in house. They made it simple, streamlined and did it all professionally, at a fair price. On top of this they all seem to be great friends with each other, no grunting or groaning which makes the whole atmosphere that much more pleasant. Has anyone ever experienced a copy shop this wonderful?? I didn't even know printing could be so satisfying until coming here! read more

These people are the best: affordable, friendly, quick, helpful. Prints are high-quality. In fact, they once printed something for me and then reprinted it again for me for free --without me asking -- because they didn't think the first print was good enough quality. read more

I had an amazing experience today! I walked into Park Slope Copy with a problem that they didn't create. I had ordered announcements for my art show from another city, and they came in the wrong size. When they arrived, I realized that they didn't fit into the envelopes for which they were intended. No time to have them redone. Crisis. Park Slope Copy had the only paper cutter I knew of in the neighborhood. At first they allowed me to use their paper cutter; but then the owner took over and corrected the problem for NO CHARGE! He cut hundreds of my announcements down on a machine in the way they should've been done in the first place. Anyhow, the story is not important: Park Slope Copy saved the day, and this is not the first time. It's just wonderful to have a local place that can do so many things in so many areas. Over the years, they have always been there for me. I lived in Park Slope since '91, and I can always count on them. We are actually very lucky to have a place like this that's so much a part of the fabric of the neighborhood. Thank goodness for Park Slope Copy. They're just fantastic in every way. read more

Staff provided efficient help in scanning a document to a flash drive and making color copies.

I've ordered prints from them for my business for years! I sent in a request to print something by email and the person on phone was very rude and not understanding -- she required me to come in physically to place an order even though the week before they printed something for me with a request by email and there's a global pandemic. Not sure what happened to this place but I'm reconsidering working with them. read more

Staff can be grumpy and uninformed. Can get the job done if no other customers are present, otherwise expect to wait a while. Pretty pricey, $10 to fax 8 pages. read more

These guys are AWESOME! Okay. So, my BF and I are starting a new business and we needed a bunch of labels printed. We ordered the blank labels online and then took them to Park Slope Copy (my mothers recommendation) to have them printed. We did a test sheet and not only did the ink not stick to the labels, but the text looked blurry. So, the copy dudes graciously did not charge us for the printing and we went home to revise. (One of the workers actually gave us tips on how to correct the problem in Indesign) We came back the next day with a less blurry version and one of the employees (I wish I had gotten everyone's names b/c i would have given them all shout outs) actually spoke to the help person at the label company on our behalf to find the correct settings for the printer. Then they resized our images so they would fit better. Then they printed us 600 labels (which look super rad) and charged us only 20 bux. WTF?? These dudes rule. And they seam funny/weird so bonus points for that. :) read more

This is my go-to, one stop shop!! I come here to ship all the FedEx packages for my business. Jamie and the team have also been printing all my postcards and posters for the last 4 years. My company has been relying on Park Slope Copy Center for all of our printing needs for almost a year now and no matter the project, they handle it with incredible professionalism, timeliness and unbeatable pricing. The quality is top notch and every time we go in, we know we will get exactly what we're looking for and then some. Mixed views. Both people I spoke/worked with were pleasant enough, however, the lady that took my order was clearly in a rush (though I suppose I did come in 10 minutes before closing) and so I think made an error with the order (I wanted gloss rather than matte). When I went to pick up and then noted that the invoice was higher than the quote I was given (a separate error), the guy there apologized and corrected it, and also worked to fix another one of my jobs that had some odd formating. I ended up taking my print in matte rather than gloss as I didn't care too much.. read more

Terrific service, excellent staff. After exhaustively searching google for a week to find an place to print with a quick turnaround, I finally found Park Slope Copy Center. I handed off four considerably huge TIFF files, and their associate walked me through the entire process of how printing would go and what I could expect. On a Sunday, she said it'd be ready on Wednesday. I got an email Monday morning saying we were ready to go! I sent an email to verify that was even true, and was promptly responded to with the good news! Terrific place, great value. Can't go wrong. read more

Park Slope Copy is excellent! I've been going to them for years with complete satisfaction. The reason I'm writing a review now, is that I was amazed at their responsiveness when I needed an invoice from over two years ago. They emailed them to me, and couldn't have been more pleasant. I was astonished to have encountered such efficiency. Their shop cats are also models of feline mellowness. This is the best copy shop ever! -Rebecca read more
